People get really worked up over minor things. This time it's Nonoka. Calm down sweetheart I'm sure your mother wouldn't reject you for forgetting few things.

The best part of the episode was clearly Noel and Souta subplot.

It's nice that Yuzuki is once again fun character. Just keep her hell away from silly drama.

How big is that cemetery anyway?

I would like to know what Shione's problem is but I'm sure it'll be just as silly as other ones.

yeah. Genki Girl Yuzuki is like 10000% better. Hope Shirone lightens up after next episode.

Episode 7. In which there's a grave accident.

Medic!

Trying to be cool doesn't tend to work with that particular girl.

Anyone would look grown up next to those two. Well, anyone not named Noel.

Probably just making it up. Well, it's not an unfair guess considering who it's about. I just wonder if they're heading to the same place. Again.

Medic has arrived. And now the situation is dire.

Where'd she get that idea from? I mean, just about any other series, she'd probably be right, but this isn't exactly a romance story.

Running excitedly around, then being too tired to walk. That's a little bit below their supposed age in maturity.

Looking at their map, they seem to be way off. Unless maybe if they came from the top left.

Why does every patchwork plankwork look like that? Even if it's just plywood or something similar that's not very thick, there are still enough layers to make it thicker than it's shown to be.

And on both sides? That's a bit over the top.

I wonder how much sadness Shione carries. Probably not something too serious, and she might just be not that hot on wanting to get friends again. Most of the time, she seems comfortable as a loner. Then again, it's impossible to be a loner and not have issues in anime. Anyone who wants to be alone is a freak.

Yuzuki is cursed with busses/trains, but she shouldn't complain about waiting an hour when she had a giant sheet and bento.

Nonoka can't or won't leave sight of the saucer. Makes sense.

I like how Nonoka needs a freudian excuse to not remember her childhood. Most people don't remember or barely remember the friends they had when they were 7 anyway.

Suddenly winter!? Truth in television?

Noel, you murderer!! No worries though, because Souta's here to help. Hehe, I didn't think she'd have some sort of a conversation with him.

Noel can't leave the town, because she can't be too far from her true form. A logical conclusion.

Those cows looked more like art than living things.

Worry not, Nonoka. Your mother would still love you. Even if you tried your best to forget she ever existed.

Shione also grave visited. What is her brand of darkness? I've a feeling that it goes beyond being betrayed by Nonoka. That's still a problem, of course.

Episode 8. In which we take a sedate look at Shione.

She can be a little forceful if she has something on her mind. Also amusing to see Shione get startled like that.

Not getting out of this one.

That's something Noel would do.

"It tends to be something stupid that sets it off." Seems to be the theme of the series.

Always the first one to get tired. That girl has no stamina at all.

Noel is popular. Everyone wants to invite her.

More power tends to not always be such a great idea.

They have a knack for missing each other.

So it really was just that. Well, probably more just blaming herself. And not actually being that social.

That looks neat.

I find the story working much better with Shione than Yuzuki. Mainly because Shione is mostly just not that social and avoids people rather than being an arse about it. I also have a feeling those two fed into each other a lot.

Can't have things solving themselves too neatly, can we? I wonder how much that has to do with her antisocialness.

Still kind of on the dumb side, but I have a much easier time buying things turning out like that with Shione than what happened with Yuzuki

In other news, we finally got over the dumb shit. Except Noel probably going away for dumb reasons, but maybe not.

...Yes, but more specific. I think Shione is trying to stop Noel from leaving by refusing to let her (Shione's) wish be granted

I was thinking much the same. And that's one of the more positive things I was thinking.

This series could be titled "People being all weird about stuff that happened when they were six." Because that's most of the plot is about.

This episode was hilarious because they pretty much bullied Shione into giving up her grudge.

I see the engineering flaw in that planetarium.

Finally someone started to actually listen to what Noel is saying about herself. The degree to which it was brushed aside till now was just bizarre.

But of course she won't talk it over with her friends and is instead trying the usual anime idiotic solution of trying to break ties without explanation.

This anime is so silly.

I didn't think you were capable of showing such a startled face, Shione.

Oh, another anime this season planned on a planetarium too(Searching for a Lost Future).

Well, Shione and Nonoka made up pretty quickly. Nice. But then...

Noel's loved by those guys. Very much. Which probably explains why Shione has returned to aloofness. Come on, Shione! Don't take this obviously stupid route! There has to be a different sauce, another way of going about this issue...

Between that, this and Gokukoku No Brynhildr ... planetariums are never a good thing are they?

I don't even really get the problem. Can't you just go watch meteors somewhere else? For that matter, if Noel can leave, why can't she come back? Or just move to the side a bit or something?

The town has a weird Cursed with Awesome thing going.

Episode 9. In which they build a planetarium.

That's a reasonable conclusion.

At least she goes to the source immediately. And it's pretty much the obvious line of thinking she has.

People who think others won't be capable of doing anything unless they give them orders shouldn't be giving any orders at all.

That's pretty good work. Those angles aren't that easy to get done properly.

Well, she has plenty of experience in making signs.

That tunnel sure is a portal to the world outside.

No stamina at all.

I think Shione doesn't think the wish is obtainable at all. If she has to smile for the wish to be fulfilled, and the consequence of fulfilling the wish means Noel leaves, those have contradictory results, which leads to fulfilling the wish being a paradox of sorts.

I think what Shinone is thinking is If her wish gets fulfilled then Noel leaves, which makes everyone(her included) sad. So she figures if that doesn't happen, the she's the only one who's sad, so it's better.

Nonoka, just push Shione down. It should be fine

Oh yeah, there are other people in their class.

Such a big project needs a coordinator. And wouldn't you know the moment he starts arguing with her, the other guy almost falls. That's why you need someone to tell you what to do.

So summoning an Saucer is pretty easy.

Goddamit Shione, I know what you are thinking and still... Goddamit Shione.

I guess Noel didn't think things would stretch out this much. It seems she's been away from the Saucer for too long.

The planetarium was nice.

Everyone sure were setting themselves up for a great fall concerning Shione.

By skipping town, surely Noel will stay there forever. How selfless of you Shione. But since you won't spill the beans on this matter, it's rather selfish instead.

I mean, you probably won't feel so good once you learn that Noel almost bit it due to the wish not being fulfilled earlier.

Also, the whole saucer-calling started with Shione. And she blamed Nonoka for calling the saucer in the first place. Yeah, yeah, darkness in her heart, but still classy. Very classy.

This is dumb. Why am I watching this?

Only Noel is cute. Plus points for also being the shiny sparkly saucer.

I find Koharu and actually Shione cute as well.
