Pokemon Z/ X2 & Y2 release?

Let's do the math: Zygarde hardly received any mention in the story (as far as I can tell from the web since I don't own X/Y yet); Dianacle is also another Giant Space Flea from Nowhere; the X/Y season of the anime is recently new, providing plenty of leeway for a plot twist to be reflected in a future release; Diamond Pearl was released at the premier of their corresponding anime series and then Platinum came out halfway through the D/P arc; and the X/Y release felt short-lived from what I've seen after scanning various forums. So by Insane Troll Logic or logical marketing based on the past, there must be an X2/Y2 or Z in the works. Sure this may seem inevitable and a year or two early, but still. History repeats itself or do we get another reboot?

I wouldn't be surprised if it happens. I'm more expecting a Z release with Zygarde being around...and it's Pokedex entry stating it hates the damage to the environment would work really well with Lysandre's plans.

If it's just a minor updated release in the vein of Platinum/Emerald, I'll just recreate my team from Y. But if it's like Black 2/White 2, I'll do a different team, minus the starter Froakie.

Yes, it's happening. No, we don't know which one it'll be. No, we won't know anything about it until several months after ORAS releases at best. And this thread is pointless until it gets announced.

Which is why I hollered this thread. You could just use the regular X/Y thread for now. If one gets announced, we can make a new thread for it, or even re-use this one while temporarily locking it.
