Asperger's Syndrome Useful Notes Addition

I just wanted to write quickly in order to request that in the Useful Notes on Aspergers Syndrome (which is locked, so I can't make changes myself), if the difference between AS and narcissism could get a quick bullet point. I actually see confusion there at least as commonly as I do with the difference between AS and psychopathy.

May be a good idea, but this forum thread deals with edit requests.
