Workshop C

With speed gained from years of experience, Yun smoothly reassembled his weapon in the span of a minute. He opened his mouth to say something, but fell silent when the unmistakable noise of an explosion rang from within the building.

"Did you guys hear an explosion?"

Awkward Shopping

Hope had no idea what to do in a clothes' shop whatsoever. She was never the one to spend hours searching for outrageous dresses and fancy undergarments. Apparently, neither were Alexis and Cara.

Thinking back to the plan she developed with princess' team and Remus Miss Remington tapped the frame of her wheelchair, sparing a brief glance to the suspicious duo that seemed to be watching them for whatever reasons.

"Hey, Alex..." She said, looking back at the princess. "Can I have a moment of your time, seeing as you don't really do anything either?"

With the girls

Alexia actually sighed in relief when Hope came over to talk to her. Just standing around made her feel very awkward.

"Oh! Um, I mean, of course, Mi- I mean Hope. So, um, what's on your mind?"

Meanwhile, the young man said something to his friend, who rolled her eyes and frowned. The man gave her a sarcastic little bow and then walked...towards the girls.

The man was grinning, but his eyes were sharp, like a predator looking at prey. He had green hair that was styled and incredibly...shiny. His eyes were green too, like emeralds. He had almost snakelike features.

The man soon spotted prey. He approached Naima. "Hello, milady. I'm Mike."

'Workshop C

"I heard the normal sounds of Beacon Academy particular to the immediate surroundings of White Rose.

"So yes, I heard an explosion."

"Wait-" Jack looked at his dorm mates, "Which one of you've been drinking?" He asked, his tone bewildered. He still held the bottle.

Heart-To-Heart

"You are on my mind at the moment." Miss Remington responded flatly, wheeling a bit away so they won't be overheard and gestured for Alexia to follow. Once the princess made her way to said destination, Hope would continue on. "I could try to see how you feel by beating around the bush and all, but in all honesty... The girl smiled with some difficulty, opening up her arms for a brief moment. "I simply don't work that way."

"What I want to say is that you have some serious confidence problems and I'm going to help you do something about them. Somehow." Such was the way Hope threw her earlier scheme outta the window, impatient.

Umbra 7th - The Date

It was finally happening. For real. Naima sat across from Ghatz, feeling truly comfortable for the first time around him. "This place is great! I didn't know it existed!" To be fair she didn't get out much, so...

"I bet the food is really genuine, too. I'm used to going to fancy restaurants where they dress everything up way too much. I'd just like something normal but good for once, you know?"

Umbra 8th - Girls Night

Before she could reply Naima was dragged into a fitting room. "Waaah!"

Oh well. Might as well make the best of it. She shrugged out of her clothing and into a dress somehow despite the close quarters. It was a beautiful shade of periwinkle with glittery bits around the ruffles.

"Is this... too much?"

Fitting Rooms

"You asked for this," said Ai, shaking her head at Charisse.

Ai discarded under half of what Tori gave her and picked up her own choices along the way. She probably wouldn't be taking much home with her, since her lien purse was mostly filled with air.

Ai was crushed against the door as she crammed into the fitting stall. Awkwardly, she tried to turn around to face the other girls and see what Naima was wearing.

"There's no room in here!" she said.

Umbra 7th- Date

Ghatz nodded. "Yeah, tell me about it. Back home, though, THIS was fancy." He said, removing his hat and glasses. "Seriously. If it didn't involve learning, it wasn't important. All anybody did for food was like, eat an apple or somethin' every once and a while. Didn't even eat with my family." He sighed and looked at her. Once again he found himself staring at her eyes.

"Your eyes... are still beautiful..." He found himself saying, softly. He blinked a few times and chuckled nervously. "Anyways, eheh... yeah, this place has good food. But I'm honestly more interested in you... er. Talking to you." He cleared his throat. "So uh, tell me more about yourself..."

Umbra 8th

"Sounds like an explosion to me..." Ghatz said, looking at both Rufus and Yun. "Should we check it out? Make sure shit's okay and stuff?"

Fitting Rooms

"You -oof- 've got that right." Charisse coughed out, having been elbowed in the gut by someone. She got closer to Ai, then bent over slightly to whisper into her ear: "We could get ourselves our.. own personal room~"

This room was way too cramped. How do you even fit 4 (7?) people in a room this small?

"I can pay for it. I got some money."

Fitting Room

"I don't need your charity!" said Ai, reflexively. She fidgeted with her hands, embarrassed by her outburst. "But if you buy me something I won't stop you..."

Other Fitting Room

Charisse stumbled into the other room, bumping her horns into the wall. She winced for a second, before standing up straight.

"Wait a second. My shirt's in the other room. What've you got?" she asked, looking at the clothes Ai had collected. "Anything for me?"

Workshop

"I'm up for it." Yun said. "It sounded like it came from outside…"

Training Room

Huh. Interesting. Remus thought as he observed to action's of the shield. "A redirection type mechanism I figure? Quite impressive." Remus said as he dashed forward, his double sided blade in one hand and a dust arrow in the other...

He would lay on a barrage of blows with Artemis as he waited for an opening to stab with arrow.

"Aw hell." Ayers headed back inside. "I'll be out in a second, I gotta git my arms back on..."

Training Room

Pius readied himself for Remus' charge, blocking and parrying with his sword-and-shield pair as he tried to stay aware of Lucas' location also. He then spun to create a fake opening that he hoped would bait Remus into trying to stab him with his arrow. Then the arrow would strike the shield, allowing Pax to absorb the Dust arrow and let Pius retaliate with a shove.

As Ayers ran back to fetch his arms, Glen shouted "While you're at it, swing by my Room an' fetch Mors for me. I've a feeling I could use it." After a brief pause, Glen added "If I find any damage on Mors, your head'll be on a pike outside my door before the night's over."

3rd Floor Hallway

Poking his head out of the workshop entrance Yun would catch sight of Ayers running up to the Dorms.

"Hey Ayers! Any idea what caused that explosion?" He called.

The girls

Alexia frowned a bit at that. "I'm fine. I assure you, Hope, you don't need to do that."

Meanwhile, Mike scowled at being ignored. He decided to simply drop all subtlety and promptly yelled at the top of his lungs.

"Oy, GIRLS! I'm here to hit on you!"

His friend promptly facepalmed in the background.

Guys

Medus nodded, ignoring the fact that Port really had no evidence that the rocker had been drinking yet. "Okay, so Professor. What species of Grimm is...Edgar..exactly?"

Port and the guys

"As, I said, there is no official classification as of yet. I can say, however, that Edgar resembles a minotaur, is very aggressive...and has a fondness for explosions. Also, it seems to be highly attracted to female prey."

Another explosion. This time, from somewhere farther.

Port sighed. "I fear for what he will do to this school...mot to mention what Glynda will do to me! Let us make haste!"

Shopping

"Yes, I do." This time it was Hope who frowned, her tapping abruptly stopping. "It's not even about burning red whenever Sophie and her friends touch people all over the place. I look at you, Alex, and I see a person whose facade of stability is just about to crumble, buried under overblaming herself and having a self-esteem lower than an empty well. I see a person step away from succumbing to vegetation in despair."

"...I see myself from back then." Miss Remington looked away for a moment before focusing back on Alexia, the usually indifferent look replaced with a touch of anger. "I've been past that barrier. I just... I just don't want you to go there."

"I'm probably overthinking this, aren't I?" Hope glanced at the loud man with a hint of irritation, but otherwise said nothing.

Alexia

Alexia was completely taken aback by Hope's outburst. "That's not...I'm not...."

She took a deep breath and shook her head. "I'm not...like that. Or, I hope I'm not. It's...hard, I know. It's just that I have a lot of responsibilities...and I'm failing them. But...I'm not...I won't break, really I won't. I'll be strong. Even if I have to force myself."

Workshop C

Rufus retracted the Vorpal Blade and reattached Sanguis Aspernor. He heaved himself to his feet and heaved a sigh of disappointment.

"If we must. In case of combat, Yun, I'm placing you in charge of field tactics. Your orders are to order me to charge blindly at the enemy whilst frothing at the mouth, preferably screaming."

Workshop

"Ah...I'll keep that in mind, Boss." Yun replied, a little confused at Rufus' request.

Why would he want to charge at an enemy that sounds like a walking grenade launcher?
