My first issue with the page is that it has a folder just for Borderlands, which seems odd.

But the real issue overall is the fact it's divided by gun, rather than by game. Standard FPS Enemies is divided by game. And the point of Standard FPS Guns isn't "these guns appear" but rather "this is a set of guns that commonly appear together." As Diamond Weapon said in a topic on this "These weapons form a pattern and that pattern is the trope. Breaking up the examples by gun hides the pattern and degenerates the page into a "list of games that have a pistol, " "list of games that have a shotgun, " and so on."

The consensus made in this topic was to rearrange them by guns, but it petered out due to lack of interest, and I figured it's a big enough change that TRS might want to get involved to make sure it's a kosher change.

I'll work on a rewrite on Sandbox.Standard FPS Guns, but it'll take a while given that it's such a large page to begin with.
