A shame. While I didn't particularly like her character in the first half of the season, having her not be there kind of feels like taking Alfred away from Batman, or Aunt May from Peter Parker.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Aren't they also moving production to Vancouver? Some actors are willing to uproot like that but for Flockhart she doesn't have that big of an incentive to do so.
Since Livewire is here, is there any possibility of Volcana from the Superman: TAS show appearing on this series?
If Oracle joins why not have Laurel come back to life then when Arrow ends after Season 5 hopefully. They can have a Birds of Prey spin-off that stars Laurel, Huntress, and Oracle.
Just keep Guggenheim and Mericle away from that series.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureBut then we wouldn't get an episode where Alex drugs Kara into murdering one of them so that they can incur the wrath of the Brotherhood of Evil.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Batwoman showing up on Supergirl sounds like a complete tonal mismatch to me. It'd be like if the Punisher had been introduced on Agents of SHIELD or something. That said, if the rumor is true then please for the love of everything good in the world don't mess this up CW.

My stories on AO3.The CW has shown a shocking ability to pull off some difficult plots and appearances (though not all, of course). They mostly screw up on the side details. Romances, especially.
I've always said the CW's female characters are decent. It's when those women become romantic leads that it's an issue.
Well, since we're already getting Maggie Sawyer, Kathy Kane isn't really a far stretch. And since Sara's being bi has been handled fairly decently, I'm thinking (and hoping) the Maggie/Kathy relationship won't be that difficult for the Flarrow team to handle.
In other news, I've been hearing they might still use Matt Ryan's Constantine as a guest character, or potentially even resurrect his show.

You don't have to worry about Maggie and Kate's relationship.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureShouldn't that be Kate and Renee Montoya?
One Strip! One Strip!Maggie's more popular.
For reasons beyond my understanding.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Renee and Kate were never engaged. And thus never had that engagement broken up by idiotic editorial decisions.
My stories on AO3.Alright, that explains why she's more talked-about I suppose.
But Renee isn't just "Batwoman's chick." More like side-ass to be honest. Renee turning into The Question beats out anything Sawyer's done that I know about. Double points for Renee because, unlike a certain other character, she didn't have to refuse life-saving cancer treatment to do it.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I'm with you. I like Maggie, but Renee is awesome. Even before becoming the Question.

My stories on AO3.I like Renee but I am generally opposed to superhero/superhero relationships.
So I'm fine with Maggie Sawyer.
Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies.Who are you referring to?
It depends in how it's handled in my case. I liked Dick/Kory and Green Lantern/Hawkgirl in JLU. I have never seen Superman/Wonder Woman or Green Arrow/Black Canary written in a way I like.
Jane Foster as Thor.
My various fanfics.Season's Big Bad and/or a new addition to the Love Dodecahedron.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders!
I assumed Flockhart was too expensive to be a regular anymore.
