I do prefer that slightly to the current.

The suggestion does make a slightly clearer illustration, mostly since it's in profile instead of straight-on, though it's a bit fuzzy.

When I suggested my caption, I actually hadn't seen the Cyanide and Happiness one. I have to agree with the others that it is too gross, even if I do find it funny as a parody.

For me, original>=OP>6. OP is an only slightly clearer illustration and has a bit of pixellation and I feel the same as the others about the Cyanide and Happiness picture.

Does it actually come from its own cartoon franchise, or was it something the producers of Don Jon made up for the movie? A reverse image search from Google brought me to a bunch of pictures of random bugs, so I'm inclined to think it's the latter. On a side note, I did manage to find a better quality version of it
