Assuming MCU Alexander Pierce is canonically roughly the same age as Robert Redford, he'd be twelve years old at most during Agent Carter Season 2. Probably somewhat before he was a major player in HYDRA.

Random thing that amused me: in Left Behind the antichrist is described as looking like Robert Redford.

In Winter Soldier, Robert Redford's character is part of a secret plan to kill millions and control the world.

And much like that series's Antichrist, he at first appears to be a benign savior figure before showing his true colors.

Well, that could apply to a lot of villains really.

It makes sense. San Francisco is where Maggia plots generally take place, and the Maggia seems like an adversary that fits better in Carter than in more modern stories.

I'm not sure what technology you mean. I know she had shape-shifting holographic tech but that was only in one of the cartoons, I believe.

Ah, the Maggia. Marvel's thinly veiled mafia. Because if they used the real mafia they were afraid of waking up with horse heads.

I wouldn't anticipate her using that high of a tech (certainly not holograms). The description of the take on the character is Evil!Hedy Lamarr, which makes me think that the character is a celebrity who wears the mask as a disguise and happens to be a genius.

Although, I suppose they could do something like muscle-control along the lines of the old pulp fiction characters.

Yeah. Names got mixed up somehow. Funny thing, I almost wrote "Tony", but I remembered that that wasn't write and that I was talking about his father. Then I wrote "Anthony" because, you know, that is a different name!
