if this is true, it's good news in my book. I would have missed those characters.
Well, EW is reporting it, and they generally don't lie, as far as I know.
Wait, do we have any news about Angie?
Oh God! Natural light! They are reportedly in negotiations. Considering Angie was one of the more popular characters in Season 1, it's pretty much a given that she will be back (as will Dottie).
Bridget Reagan was at the Ant-man premiere, which is a good sign in my book.
Wooo! We get the gang back. It will be interesting to see if Sousa is just in a couple of episodes, or is a recurring character in s2.
I do like how they are not going for a retread of Season 1 - the SSR trusts her now, she works for them, not Stark.

They've been pretty good about not sticking to a formula since Season 1 and it looks like it will stay that way.
That actually made me laugh out loud. She is awesome.

Tis the great art of life to manage well The restless mindI sadly only get a black screen, but then, she is always awesome....Honestly, she herself is the best advertising for the show.
I was thinking, there's been reports that at least one of the new villains will be an established comic book character, and with Captain America: Civil War introducing Baron Helmut Zemo, we could see Heinrich Zemo in Agent Carter.
Since Heinrich Zemo is unlikely to be active in the modern era even if he's still alive, the character should be available for use in Agent Carter. Plus it would be a neat way to tie the story into Civil War without it feeling forced.
The villain of Season 2 should 1940s Cap...played by Chris Evans.
You mean the 1950s Cap (William Burnside), since the 1940s Cap is just, you know, regular Cap.

There is supposed to be more than one villain in season two, so they could have both Zemo and commie-smasher Cap if they want to.
Plus commie-smasher Cap would probably work best as an Act 3 villain who starts off nominally on Peggy's side, so they'll need another villain to be there from the start.
...Don't think they have the budget for Chris Evans to play the character though.
Maybe for one scene?
Like have a different actor playing him and then at some point he's either bandaged or in the shadows and makes a comment to Peggy about having made himself better/perfect. Steps out of the shadows/takes off the bandages and he's Evil!Chris Evans.
They get Samuel L Jacson on Agents of SHIELD. Twice. I think these shows could probably handle anyone sub-RDJ's paygrade.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."I'm getting tired of RDJ's shenanigans, tbh. I mean, they still get paid a lot, but it's kind of infuriating how RDJ can get away getting paid millions and millions while, say, Hemsworth gets paid only $600,000 or so.
I wouldn't be surprised is Sam Jack was more accommodating than the average actor, though. He really, really likes playing characters for the sake of playing characters.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Didn't RDJ protest that his coworkers were paid less than him, though, and he took a bit of a pay cut for his costars?
To be fair here...Robert Downey Jr? 45 years and counting of acting career. Chris Hemsworth? 6 Years of Hollywood Career (13 if you count Australian things)
Also, correct me if I'm wrong but aren't there also Unions involved? Unions are usually pretty firm on the "experienced people get paid more" thing.
Though I don#t really pay attention to actor wages, so no idea if is correct.

"You can reply to this Message!"Yeah RDJ may not be allowed to dramatically drop what he's paid, if studios get the message that they can play the "yeah but you love the franchise right?" card to get actors on the cheep it could cause serious issues. Sure RDJ could accommodate it but once you open that box the card could start being used on actors who really need the money.
If RDJ doesn't ask for what he's 'worth' then it undermines the ability of others to ask for what they're 'worth'. Union rules man, you don't budge an inch.
