Pokken Tournament: A collaboration between Pokemon and the Tekken team

Inceneroar and Lycanroc Midnight seem like the most obvious choices for gen 7 reps. As for U Bs I vote for Xurkitree, Buzzwole, and Phermosa.

And if Salazzle makes it in, watch some weirdo win a tournament with it for the sake of pokéwaifu motivation.

Though Salazzle would be an interesting choice.

And Incineroar was born for this. But so was Hawlucha, so not much hope there?

Mimikyu assist also is a must.

Stufful's arm flailing makes me think of Honda's hundred hands slap, too bad this is Namco... :)

Going back to Empoleon for a second, I really have to give them props for coming up with really creative gimmicks for each of these characters - it looks like he can use ice as both a projectile and a way to move about faster by sliding on it afterward, and can even backdash faster if he needs to. Guessing it'll be slow by default to warrant that.

Is it me or does Pokkén!Empoleon sound like Norio Wakamoto?

For a hypothetical Pokken 2, I'd like to see someone completely off the wall join up with Incineroar and Buzzwole. Like Toucannon, that'd be pretty interesting to fight as a bird.

Definitely feels like we're getting some kind of Pokken announcement for the west soon. They don't upload videos from 6 months ago relating to an IP they've been mostly quiet about for nothing.

Somehow I've been roped into playing again recently, fun! I'm... not good at the game, I don't think, but I've mostly had fun anyways.

I say "mostly" because fighting Shadow Mewtwo and Braixen is anything but, though I digress. A character with bigger, faster, better projectiles and significantly better frame data sure is fun.

I guess I'm just popping in here to check on if y'all have played Pokkén recently or not. I'd be down to do matches with you guys if you want to. Maybe we could set a night up where we all hop in and mess around, ah?

As much as I love Pokken, I haven't played it in forever. I'd be down for a whole group thing of Pokken matches if we get enough people though

I operate in EST, for what it's worth. And I think FullMoon is a little ahead of me.

I'm on mountain time and I work til 10 except on Mondays and Tuesdays. If it's late I should be able to catch it whenever, though.
