I said most, not all. Pretty much every Fighting type would be a perfect fit, no exception. Other than them, we have the likes of Bisharp, Roserade, Lilligant, Excadrill, Golurk, Aegislash, Luxray, Electivire, Magmortar, etc.
Really saying that a Pokémon should be in because they would be amazing for this game is kinda pointless when most mons are.
Also Greninja and Mewtwo. They probably will include them once the Wii U version starts being made just for the amiibo compatibility.
Worst case scenario Nintendo would make them as amiibo-only characters.
Jeez some eople just really want to keep Jynx down.
She's been cheated for 3 gens straight, it's time to do her right and show her some loooove.
I mean I'm all for Jynx to be in the game, but just saying that she would work really well in the game doesn't hold much water when pretty much everyone else also does
Here's the names of the 5 stages shown.
Tellur Town (テルルタウン) - called Chrom Town in the English text
Old Town Ferrum (フェルム旧市街)
Blue Dome (ブルードーム)
Phos Volcano (フォス火山)
Ferrum Stadium (フェルムスタジアム)
All the names also show Ferrum Region (フェルム地方) above it.
Description for Chrom Town / Tellur Town
A town in a lush, green valley in the mountains.
It has a plaza where Ferrum Battles are held.
Description for Blue Dome
The ruins of an ancient city said to have sunk to the bottom of the sea long ago.
It is now housed in an underwater dome and serves as a battle arena.

I heard somebody say Bisharp.
amiibos would actually be pretty sweet. I'd totally buy them if even if didn't buy the game, depending on what Mons get in.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?........ god, I really despise the voice they gave Gardevoir. Like, "start-a-petition-to-have-them-change-it" despise it. It's disgusting.
But yeah, Gengar. Not a big fan, but it looks cool and I like the music.
Probably a good thing that I got spoilered by the title of the recorded stream so after Gardevoir's voice pissed me off I could just say "screw that" and look it up directly.
You could always wait for dubs
And for convenience's sake:
Should Gengar really be that big?
I'm personally hoping for Garbodor to be the Joke Character. Because Jigglypuff is in Smash, and who doesn't want to throw bags of trash at people?
It's been 3000 years…It'd be funny too, since it would be a literal garbage character
Moved handles because mehI will hold out for Mawile.
I BELIEVE.
X4
Yep. 4'11 or 1.5 meters. Gardevoir and Machamp are taller (and are taller in this game), while Lucario and Pikachu are shorter than it.
I missed the stream, but I'm pumped to hear that Gengar's gonna be playable. That's one of my favorite Pokemon! And it's cool to see Blaziken, but I figured he was going to be in anyway if that little split-second long teaser from what seems like so long ago was any indication.
"I shall not be foolish again, my dear Gwendolyn!"Jigglypuff isn't a Joke Character.
Yeah, it wouldn't surprise me if they left out at least one "no-brainer" character (like Charizard, Mewtwo, or Greninja) in the initial release for the sake of giving the limelight to more underutilized Pokemon.
Puff was the OG Joke Character in Smash 64. Nowdays it's in because of Grandfather Clause and it's gotten stronger because of Competitive Balance.
Place your bets for least likely (but feasible, so no "magikarp" and other obviously bad examples) pokémon for this game!
I nominate Wobuffet.
Why it could work:
- They made Suicune work. Wobuffet is atleast somewhat bipedal. And being a psychic type should let them cheat with how it moves by levitating or something, to compensate for the stubby feet.
- Could be an interesting playstyle for some, since it'd be all about Counter-Attack shenanigans.
Why it probably will not be a thing:
- Last I checked, Wobuffet seems pretty obscure.
- Every fighter most likely will get atleast one "counter-type" move, so a fighter whose whole arsenal is that would be overboard.
- It'll be more likely a Practice Mode Dummy than a fighter.

Moved handles because mehWobuffet isn't that obscure. It was a pretty big part of the anime for a long time, though I don't know if that's still true. But it does seem like a good idea to make it the training dummy.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Well, Wobuffet was a big thing.
Was.
Moved handles because mehI don't see what's so bad about Gardevoir's voice when it's just a typical "proper lady" kind of voice from what I heard.
I'm not sure where you're hearing a proper lady there. All I hear is moe-shit.
Nah, it's not cutesy enough to be moe.
Even if it is... It's Gardevoir, it's almost to be expected that they'd make her like that.
That it's to be expected doesn't make it any less disgusting. She's supposed to be graceful and mysterious, not "tee hee i hope i didn't hurt you uguu~".
To be fair, it could be a lot worse. A LOT worse. To me it just seems that Gardevior just wants a fun spar. If you want Grace and mystery, go for Gothitelle or Xatu.
Eh, Pokémon don't really have any defined personality to them.
For all we know this Gardevoir could have a Jolly nature.
Which wouldn't be a very good thing considering what that nature does, good thing it doesn't matter in this game =V

I honestly think Charizard will be saved for the Wii U port. They'll need something to hype that version up after all.
