Viewing own PMs AND when you can't view a new PM from someone else.

I've been wanting to ask this for quite some time now but was unsure of where and how to ask, but how does one view their own private messages? I've been able to do this but only when someone sends me a PM and I either reply or click a button there to view all. I've never once gotten to those pages without being PM'd first.

Secondly, I, as of this writing, have received a PM but it does not show up in my inbox. Is this a glitch or is it because I have that person blocked?

Your mailbox is here. By default it only shows P Ms you haven't read yet, so you need to click "see all" (or whatever the option is) to find old ones. The link is (a) at the bottom of every thread, (b) at the top of the forum indexes, or (c) at the top of your wiki watchlist.

If you can't view a new PM from someone else, you probably have them blocked. Click "maintain PM blocks" to check. It could also be that you deleted the message by accident.
