I don't know about "supposed" but yeah Recap/ usually has long and intricate plot descriptions, and after the Synopsis—>Recap merge there is no other place left.

Not much to be said here. Image macros are generally not allowed, are they? For a replacement I suppose a decent screen shot from the episode would do.
