Humans are animals, and if it is derived from an animal it is still a venom. If it's synthetic toxicant is the word used.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Alright, Im gonna trust our local chemistry expert right here on the technical terms between those two definitions
But in terms of vocabulary sense...does it even matter? Like, we're not roleplaying a Ph D in snake's venom and shits, then bitch at Alex for wrongly referring a poison as a 'venom' or vice versa and whack her with a steel chair. That ain't gonna happen, right?
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)Eh, well even though he wasn't exactly formally trained, Nic would probably get slightly picky about that even though that's definitely not something he can fix with his powers, so better to remember now.

Sorry for the late post guys but I was SUPER distracted yesterday trying to pack for college before I move out tomorrow. I'll get a main post up soon. Fair warning - I probably won't be able to get up a main post tomorrow until very late in the evening.
And... done! Main post is up and, as a special gift to you all, I am going to detail the prisoner situation in this post. There are 17 mutants in the cells - according to Random Numbers God - and most of them are Grotesque and Animalistic mutants. There are signs above each cell that says what type of mutants each cell houses. The cell makeup is, as follows,
- Cell 1 - houses two Animalistic Mutant females (a raven type and an octopus type)
- Cell 2 - EMPTY. But recently destroyed by dynamite by Tyler.
- Cell 3 - houses a Grotesque mutant (covered in warts and with three eyes) and a penguin-type Animalistic mutant
- Cell 4 - houses two Grotesque mutants - (One with yellow skin and purple spots on him and the other being abnormally tall and having five eyes on his face)
- Cell 5 - Houses a Grotesque mutant (hulking, pink skinned) and a chimpanzee type Animalistic mutant. These are the two prisoners that were talking to Sjan.
- Cell 6 - Houses a giraffe type Animalistic mutant and a moth-type Animalistic mutant.
- Cell 7 - Houses the only mutant currently in solitary confinement. He is a powered mutant who can make himself invisible.
- Cell 8 - Houses two twins who are Grotesque mutants. One has blue skin and red, pupil-less eyes, while the other has red skin and blue, pupil-less eyes.
- Cell 9 - EMPTY
- Cell 10 - Houses another penguin-type Animalistic mutant and a sabertooth tiger animalistic mutant.
- Cell 11 - Houses a Grotesque mutant that is covered in hair and has a set of protruding fangs and his cellmate - another Grotesque mutant who looks as though his skin were made out of black tree bark.
- Cell 12 - EMPTY
- Cell 13 - EMPTY
- Cell 14 - EMPTY
Then I won't be able to respond to post until 11 p.m. eastern.
Edit: Oh man, I was so hoping the dog would survive. I had a little gimmick planned.
"Good boy! Sit. Stay.." BANG! "Play dead."

Forward, boys! For God's sake, forward! At least I got to hand Nic random equipment before it was cool.
The moment I get some sleep - post explosion. Could be a few hours before I can respond properly, bare with me.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?” By the time some random schmuck throws a loaded rocket launcher at him, he'll be completely unfazed by everyone's odd show of concern for the Team Mom him.
I think this should be Hank's theme song...
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”I wonder how everyone would react to Alex's improvised plan to bring the hostage back to base
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)Nic would… probably be a bit mistrustful of them if they somehow ended up coming along.
Toriar might just blow a gasket.
I would imagine a raging Toriar chasing after Alex, nearly poking his stick at her butt, for such blunders across America while the Benny Hill theme plays
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)Ha, wow. I didn't realize how small this place was. If the cells are right up near the front office, we probably could have just taken everyone out through the front (after clearing out the guards) instead of blowing up the back wall.
I've never seen that movie before

I assumed that there was at least some small hallway or another in between the two, but yeah, otherwise pretty small.
What a waste of dynamite. [sniffle]

If you're reading this you have 5 seconds to...I thought it would be bigger, seeing as how there were 14 cells in that building. But oh well, it was tactical, right?
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)Depends on how big those cells were, I guess. Either way, our next hits will most likely be bigger than this one.
I don't know about tactical but it was pretty.
“Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?”Hopefully, with all the dust we kicked up, nobody was suffering from asthma.
Okay, my character has been provisionally approved, and have skimmed this thread. Like the Most Wanted list, especially that some of them are people who belong there, that they aren't all "Heroes of the Rebellion". Tupac's alive? But in prison? I bet he was betrayed by Suge Knight. How about Biggie? I take it you're in the middle of a prison break. Anyone want to fill me in?
Revolver: I did include a snake rival but other than having spent some prison time together, having belonged to the same gang and having split the gang up between us over who was in charge I left things vague. If you want to build from there feel free.
Now on to skim the actual Roleplay thread.
ETA: I like Alex! Toriar has a major polearm up his ass so I can see him and Norb butting heads. Not much opinion on the others yet.
So I can see Norb either being among the prisoners or maybe used to smuggle them to safety?

Trump delenda estGreetings, fellow fugitive! :D
Basically, we were sent to hit a tiny mutant prison in Green Bay, Wisconsin while it was working with a small skeleton crew. We're currently trying to get the mutants we've just freed back to our getaway bus before Nazi reinforcements arrive to stop us.
Might help give suggestions with that snake when I'm back on a proper computer.
OOOHHHHH YEAHHHH
http://www.last.fm/user/sgtpendulum Yo, check out what I'm listening, it'll be heat, brah :^)Sorry - I just moved into college so this RP is going to be a bit slower than normal. Tricksterson, I have two ways to get you into the game. Either say that you are part of the black market that will be coming into the play during the next in-game day or being a Badass Bystander who helps the group out/sees the group escaping the prison compound. Anyway, sorry this post is so brief but I'm late for a seminar.
Yeah, but "venom" refers more to something from an animal (that one link of yours even mentions "of an animal").
