YMMV items don't trigger the red bullet thingy if they have In-Universe in the line that they are in, or if the example includes the (invisible on the actual page) [invoked] tag. That's why it's showing up normally there. Perhaps those examples need a bit of cleaning though. It looks like some might not be in-universe.

That example misuses bullet levels, and if that's fixed, I think it should be flagged properly. Not entirely sure on how those tags work, though.

That was not an In-Universe item; it'd have to be pointed out in the story as wrong for it to qualify. I've ported it to the YMMV tab.

What I mean is, usually if a YMMV trope is on the main page, its bullet is a different symbol, and it's called out for moving when someone edits it.
Critical Research Failure is a YMMV trope, yet neither of those things occur when it's on the main page (it's on King Of The Hill right now, and I'm not moving it for now to demonstrate the problem). So it probably just needs to have the same tag or whatever that triggers this stuff for other YMMV tropes.
