No, seriously. Just Ctrl+F on the page.
In Recon's case, it'd likely be a sort of "quickness of the mind", allowing him to make decisions better and faster both in and out of the heat of combat.

"SAID CLOUD TO THE CARTOON PONIES AND UNICORNS WITH PICTURES OF FLOWERS ON THEIR ASSES. A DURR HURR HURR." ~Game SpazzerWell like CATS said, we're not using the Tabletop system, so you aren't exactly going to have a game-breaking character just because you maxed out two stats that tend to be overpowered in the video game.
Aaand I still have the only character with above-average Luck.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...That's not a very overpowered set-up for the games anyways, actually. Not for 3 or NV at least. Endurance is one of the best stats to use in those games, definitely better than agility at least, since it determines your HP.
How are you, gentlemen? All your base are belong to us. You are on the way to destruction.HP don't matter if you never get hit.
Seriously, though, my personal playstyle favors stealth kills and headshots from a ridiculous range. Only reason I keep Endurance at 5 is for the Strong Back perk.

Flesh is a design flaw.If my participation has been sparse, it's because I have been working overtime on schoolwork lately. But I'll try to at least post a little something on a regularish basis.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...No problem, classes start for me next week so I'll probably be posting less then as well.

Work out calculus problems for fun before he goes to sleep every night? >__>
