In Recon's case, it'd likely be a sort of "quickness of the mind", allowing him to make decisions better and faster both in and out of the heat of combat.

Well like CATS said, we're not using the Tabletop system, so you aren't exactly going to have a game-breaking character just because you maxed out two stats that tend to be overpowered in the video game.

That's not a very overpowered set-up for the games anyways, actually. Not for 3 or NV at least. Endurance is one of the best stats to use in those games, definitely better than agility at least, since it determines your HP.

Seriously, though, my personal playstyle favors stealth kills and headshots from a ridiculous range. Only reason I keep Endurance at 5 is for the Strong Back perk.
