It looks like it is sticking pretty close to the script, just with a few changes. Negasonic Teenage Warhead wasn't there (and Angel Dust was originally a male villain) but most of the set photos we've seen were stuff in the original script. The strip club, Vanessa as a love interest, and the big freeway action scene where he fights Colossus were all in the script.
I think they may have added in NTW just so it has a stronger connection to the X-Men movies.
Ed Skrein confirms Weapon X's involvement.
Cast interview reveals Ajax's first name is Francis.
...Is that a spoiler? Deadpool actually calls him "Francis" a lot more than he calls him "Ajax" in his original appearance.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Wouldn't know. Don't read the comics.
Yeah, surely not a spoiler.
The Deadpool presentation at SDCC opened with this gem:

That's... that's so beautiful...
And here's some stuff from the footage description:
- going into surgery, “Just don’t make the super suit green—or animated!”
- Meeting Negasonic Teenage Warhead: “What the shit? That’s the coolest name ever!”
- Colossus
- Stan Lee M Cing a strip club

I'm gonna love this movie to death.
Stan Lee M Cing a strip club
Well, this is the guy who invented Stripperella...
I love how the trailer starts all serious and then go out of the wack. The voice is not what I was expecting, but it is not bad.
God, how long until Fox uploads it on You Tube? I want to love it, but the whole "seeing it via someone recording it with his/her phone/mobile device" is kinda ruining it...
I wonder if some of these scenes aren't actually going to be in the movie.
The test footage clips, for example. Those are probably out, but the scene where he's in the truck surrounded by goons looks like the "new" version of that scene for the finished product.
Also, I get the feeling that some of those gags are specifically there for the convention, like the Green Lantern Take That!. I don't think it's not going to be in the finished movie, but I do think it's probably going to be different there.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Well that blew my goddamn mind. It's so perfect for the character.
But when was the GL Take That!? I don't catch it.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."When he's being wheeled in for experimentation and asks that his superhero suit not be green or animated. One of the big criticisms of Green Lantern (among many, MANY others) was that the all-CGI costume they made looked weird and unconvincing.
Yea, I didn't get it at first either. And while, I liked the suit in the Green Lantern movie, I still find the jab to be funny.
The jab is hilarious. But it's also awkwardly set up, especially with but not just because of the cross-fandom knowledge is requires, so it might be a joke they put in for the more universally-savvy convention crowd.
In the movie itself I'm expecting a Green Lantern joke, just not that specific Green Lantern joke, at least not set up in that specific way.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. It's like they had a sugar crazed internet troll write the dialogue.
I love it!
And he said "Fuck. Liefeld." Nice burn.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectNow all the movie needs is a stab at the Origins Wolverine Deadpool and everything will be perfect.
I've got fanfics for Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash Bandicoot, and Spyro the Dragon.
In the leaked script, it seemed to be present day and his origin was more or less removed from the Weapon-X program.
Of course, I don't remember Negasonic Teenage Warhead being in the script, so I might be wrong.
