The page is peppered with an obscene hate slogan used by the Ukrainian nationalists. Is it possible to find the perpetrators and stop this activity?

You are referring to the second quote, yeah? To wit:

->"Putin khuilo! La-la-la-la-la-la-la-la!"
—Ukrainian patriotic chant, means Putin is a dickhead in Russian and Ukrainian

Aye, I would remove it. Not at all appropriate to the article.

The same phrase is also everywhere over the article. Look closer.

Cleaned that out. I did make a proposal regarding that article in Ask The Tropers, but for this thread's purpose the issue is settled.
