hi there tropes, first at all i want to show you this:

is a simple game /tg/ make after some troll put a picture of obama with a comunist suit, they decide it look pretty badass(which it is) and decide to make a setting so they can use, and behold there it is....

...But as usual with /tg/ who have the atencion span of a potato pretty much drop the setting after droping a lot of usefull ideas but levaing to much behind(like latin america) so i put this here so we can brainstorming ideas to the setting

so, can anyone help me?

That is a whole buncha weird right there. I'd probably have to see a game in action to ever get behind it...

Off-planet forces? Not aliens, so much as a group of humans that got abducted, and are returning. (Like a powered-down version of Chou Shin Sei Flashman, if you want.)

well there is somethings here /tg/ coundt agree in this:

japon: here /tg/ think a lot:mechas,super samurais,kaijus but it didnt pass anything

africa: apart of UAR and south africa, thers isn to much there, any good ideas?

jews: i dont know, i think they need to be a faction(if there is nazis and jews...)

now this are my own ideas: chile: a battleground between comunist forces lead by salvador allende against the facist pinochet who use nazi magic colombia,venezuela and guayana: in atempt to hold own the soviets and nazis forces, chavez made a pact with fidel castro, now with a army of undead he was become a third force in latin america

so, there are my ideas, feel free to put yours here!

Japan: A primarily defensive power, uses Giant Mecha as its choice of weaponry. It holds a notorious reputation for having its pilots all under the age of 18; those older are "Promoted" to a rank where they almost never communicate with the outside world.

A capital suggestion, Boobie. Maybe go all the way, and make them a closed state that would very much like to stay that way?

...Okay, I can definitely see how that would work as a different interpretation of Japan, but I think I'd have trouble combining the two. The third option would be to have Japan split into two states, say Hokkaido (the northern island) and Honshu (the Larger of the two). Any Questions?

Allright. I'll sideline that for a bit.

Africa: Now that the rest of the world is caught up in battle, it's become a sort of Switzerland. It teeters on the edge of Civil War (y'know, like in real life) due to internal political problems, a distrustful military, and (most infamously), South Africa recently seceding from them to ally themselves with the Nazis.

Any continuity problems?

well, there is the UAR, maybe egypt can the Switzerland, with powerfull magic(because let face it, you can`t have a setting like this without egyptian magic) to kept everyone at bay, so they can funtion like neutral ground

and togo would be a very rich country because they have a market of black magic(really)so they will profit very well in the war against the facist and comunist

Okay, so that makes it that Togo has a booming trade in black magic (voodoo, necromancy, jinxing...), and Egypt is the Switzerland. I'm out of ideas for the rest of Africa, though.

Any idea for the jews?

i can imagine them fighting with golems and kabalah powers, using all the power to his people to strike against the nazi and the comunist alike,

i imagine india and pakistan still united under the thread of nazis and soviets,

and in korea there will be a civil war between kim-jung II and his grandfather, who was rised for the dead with necromancy

Any idea for the asutralians?

Australia: Here, an unrecognized nation led by one Black Imp, though his real identity is known only to a few. Is known for taming animals with different methods (some magic-based, some scientific, and some using Insane Troll Logic). Britain claims that it's still their territory, while Black Imp says "We are done being part of you. We're separated by a good 10.5 thousand miles!" ^note London-Sydney, at least. Is in diplomatic ties with several Southeast Asian nations, with the infamous exception of Japan.

well in deathworld, the asutralians leave their island after the nazis and the soviets atack, now they are in the antartic and have the best tech in the setting, mosly nanotech and all other stuff

of course some in /tg/ say that make they can use biopunk stuff, seen australia have some prety weird wildfare
