Noro obviously is the game-changer in this equation.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Now there's Noro: version Kanae to consider too...
Pretty much what they said. Eto seems to be sending Noro and Kanae (whom pretty much is Noro 2 at this point) on the scene. Knowing how Noro is like this might get pretty gorey. Not sure what Kanae might do, he's a wild card right now.
Actually on the topic of Noro, was he ever given a codename by CCG? The only thing I could find relating to Noro was a few yarn companies....
Edit: Seems like the fandom definitely caught on to the implications behind what happened to Kanae and are speculating that Noro might be another tortured soul like Kanae, Kaneki, and Seidou. They bring up his black fingernails as possibly evidence.

Whatever Kanae does, he's going to have to go through Shimoguchi and his squad first.
No Noro's gonna kills those dudes first
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I think at this point I'm not holding out much hope for Shimoguchi's mook squad. Admittedly it would really suck for him to have his team wiped out again.
Raws of Jack have hit the interwebs. I'm actually rather pleased with the adaptation. They addressed my primary concern rather well, which was whether Lantern's identity would be given away by voice just like with Eto in Root A. But instead, Lantern spoke with this creepy distorted unisex kind of voice. Plus, Lantern having a Dance Battler style of fighting and the lovely kagune animations to go with it was a nice touch.
I don't really like him that much anyway....
Considering he was a racist dick to poor Haise I dont think anyone does.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Yeah, Shimoguchi is something of an ass. But having a second round of survivor's guilt is not a fate I'd wish on him.
(Clearly that implies the best outcome is for him to be killed before the rest of his squad.)

So video has emerged that seems to reveal Jail's identity in the game. (Though disclaimer: I have no idea whether it's that way in all possible endings, or just one of several options.)
So Jail seems to be: Rio, after all? Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on either.
Also, apparently there's an ending where Rio starts dating Touka.
Other possible endings are Rio dies, Kaneki lives. Rio lives, Kaneki lives. Quinque Rio.
Wait wait is Rio someone were supposed to know or just exclusive to the game?
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."^ Thus far, he's game exclusive. (Though it seems he may have been the third SS escapee, since the dude on the printout along with Roma (that Kaneki gave Itori) sort of resembles Rio.)
But Kijima (a major antagonist in JAIL) is in the manga, and Uta had one of Rio's possible masks on display in his shop when the Quinx visited. So a lot of people think Rio will probably appear in :Re, if he's still alive.

Then the question would be what his kagune is in canon. Also I hope he really dosnt date Touka in on of the endings, that's a bit much
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I'd guess Rinkaku, since that's the one that we saw at Uta's shop?
(He has a different mask based on which RC type he is.)
EARLY SPOILERS OH CRAP.
- Tsukiyama: You tell me to wait for the day I’ll be disposed of patiently in Cochlea? I...I fight to live on! I don’t care about you! (punts Sasaki)
- Matsumae recalls Mirumo's words, and impales Hairu.
- Kanae rips off Shimoguchi's head.
- Cliffhanger is Kuramoto, his squad, Shirazu, and Saiko (at least) running into Noro.

Heh well thats just "sad", heheh.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."....Yeah that's pretty much what I expected to happened to Shimoguchi
So two of the asshole CCG members got killed? Good Good.

Oh jeez, Ishida is really pulling out the cruel deaths here. Shimoguchi, Yuuma and Aliza's deaths reeeeaaaaally sucked.
And so now we know why Matsumae is called the "knight". I'm surprised that she actually managed to win against Hairu (assuming that Hairu is at least still human enough to not be able to fight with a hole through her torso). But yay! I hope Matsumae makes it. (Sadly there's still Kijima to deal with.) I kind of liked Hairu though, it would be kinda disappointing if she died here.
On a different note, does the Tsukiyama family really have to inflict their horrendous taste in pants on all their servants too?
So Tsukiyama's going to fight Sasaki after all, huh. There's probably little chance for him to actually win, but hopefully Sasaki can come up with something to avoid tragedy here.
I bet Kanae is going to mess things up and make the situation worse than if it was simply Tsukiyama and Sasaki fighting.
I also hope there aren't any more Noros Eto has as part of her collection of people she's tortured and given a piece of herself too.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Apparently they do, damn that Mirumo is one stylish man.
Also well we can count 2 game-changers now the question is whether this will end in tragedy or some bitter-sweetness.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."I would hope so too. Kanae is pretty freaking scary like this. I don't like Shimoguchi but that death was pretty brutal. He sounds like a ghoul with a half-kakuja considering his rambling....
This makes me question even more how Noro came to be. I wonder if he doesn't talk or can't talk. Can ghouls even loose there vocal cords?

Or he's a pseudo-half kakuja due to the bit of Eto's kagune implanted in him. Since Eto's a kakuja.
Matsumae has become so awesome in such a short time, I really don't want to lose her. But I think she's pretty much doomed at this point, it's clear she fully intends to die. It's Koma and Irimi all over again. ._.
Pretty much the only way I see her surviving is if Aogiri rolls in and ends up slaughtering her opponents.
