The episode involves Cupid and love, apparently. Knowing that he doesn't enjoy love and thinks Cupid is horrifying... It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put two and two together.

Where do you get that he doesn't enjoy love?

He's asexual.

Oh, and it's the second episode, so he probably just started watching the show.

He says he dislikes the Cupid plot for the Unfortunate Implications inherent in that story. That doesn't mean he's against romance in general (though as an aromantic he can't fully appreciate it), but the Love Potion/Arrow of Love situation.

Well, I guess he did listen to his critics / realized that he just can't avoid older animation.

Still, though, it's an easy target. A valid one, but easy.

It's a Filmation production, which alone makes it an easy target. Everybody beats up on them for their animation, but there's worse companies out there.

Interestingly enough, this was part of a show called Uncle Croc's Block, which featured Charles Nelson Reilly in a parody of Krusty the Clown-type kids' shows, which sounds pretty funny, actually. It bombed so badly that Fred Silverman, president of ABC, severed all ties with Filmation.

Well it's not like that's the only 70's animation he'll review. And besides, he probably didn't even know that Filmation is pretty hated(I know I didn't).

I gotta ask, do you watch his videos?
