That would be faithfulness this is specifically faith in the religious since.

Clearly, the real solution here is to get Elaine to tell a lie so she gets petrified and therefore stops dying, then escape with her statue somehow, which will be unpetrified at the same time as Merlin's. Then, she can be healed by Elizabeth before she dies again.

Or get Merascylla to lie by asking her those sensitive girl questions.

Everyone knows that girls in manga are required to lie about their weight and figure! And if she has a crush on anyone, she's doomed.

So just ask her about Zeldris?

Though I'm sure it's not how it's going to be used her, apparently the whole "Thou shalt not steal" one originally referred specifically to kidnapping. The more you know.

So a fair number of people seem to think that Ban, Elaine and King working together should be able to beat one of them or drive them off.

What do you think? I really don't see what's happened at this point to make someone think that would work.

Also, Jericho's confession seemed a bit off to me.

I mean, it's good for her to be honest, but it seems a bit weird for her to move (somewhat) out of the tsundere stage already.

Anyway, as for Ban against these two, he's likely gonna get fucked, but since he's immortal, provided he doesn't do anything really dumb (and doesn't give away that he can't die) he might come out of this fight with some vital info.

I think they already realize he can't die, that's probably why Merascylla called him rare.

They should also be able to use purgatory fire. Besides, you don't need to kill someone to beat them, Ban has been knocked out before.

Huh, well I was wrong about that happening. But at least we know now they can get them back after being eaten. Because there's no way that's the end of him.

Good thing we're having another chapter come out of that and we don't have to worry about any bullshit about Ban actually being able to beat them.

Double post but I guess this chapter indirectly confirms that Merlin is over 3000 years old. Because Merascylla mentions Balor's Eye, which Merlin created, so unless she was lying about creating it, she was around for the great war.

I'll take that as a bit of evidence for her being a goddess.
