Everyone calls me crazy, but I'm 100% sure that for a brief moment that Love Chunnibyou and Other Delusions was rated TV-MA on Hulu by mistake and needed a viewer discretion advised warning before. But that was for a brief time and was soon fixed, I think.
The same applies to Malaysia. When I was window-shopping at a home video store, I accidentally found out that Highschool DxD is rated U (G for western censors) despite that cleaner shows such as Senyuu and Zettai Bouei Leviathan are rated PG-13 even though the former uses the already censored version which still has a lot of fanservice. This comes from censors which are infamous of very tight censorship.

Different countries have different values on rating sex and violence.
Many games in Japan are rated Z (18+) for violence that only get an M or T in America, while in the US many CERO B or C games get rated M.
Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed, The Last Of Us, Borderlands are all rated 18+ only for example.

Assassins Creed is also rated 15 / 18 (depending on game) in Britain.
When it comes to animation, some of the ratings boards can really mess up. For example, the Canadian film rating board tends to rate animated stuff way below where it should be. Paprika got an R rating in the US. It got a G in Canada. Clearly the raters weren't paying any attention to the movie.
