So hypothetical X-Men movie question - could Fox theoretically do a "House of M" movie without access to the rest of the Marvel Universe if they found a way to work around things like Scarlet Witch and such, or would such an idea be about as infeasible as trying to do an Av X adaptation?

It would be really stupid, IMO. Since House of M also involves the Avengers, IIRC.
I think FOX shares the rights to Scarlet Witch much like they do with Quicksilver, it's just they haven't wanted to use her yet. Perhaps they have an unspoken agreement FOX gets to use Quicksilver and Marvel gets to use Wanda, hence why Wanda is only vaguely implied in Future Past and Age of Ultron kills Pietro. But yeah, I think FOX could use their own version of Scarlet Witch if they wanted to.
Shame we never got to see an X-men team composed of the original five in this new set of films.

I'm talking about the fact that he seems to lack a bottom lip and his top lip looks like it's completely flat. It looks weird.

I hope they are also bulking his body up, because an actual Apocalypse head on the same Ivan Ooze body isn't that much of an improvement.
Hopefully not via CGI. A bodybuilding regimen or bulkier costume will do (Poccy is usually seen in armor anyways).

Makes sense.
Thing is Apocalypse is supposed to be extremely tall, far too big for any human to play him. What we see in set pictures doesn't necessarily reflect how he will look on screen (including colors). The Scully Box and Hitler Cam can also do wonders.
