Daniel: Aaaaah!

[Stumbles backwards. The lava on his face has blinded him. It's only temporarily, though, due to the durability of the cybernetic eyes, but he would need to get the burning lava off first]

[The air around Daniel crackle with lightning, though. He's sure this guy is going to try to attack him while he's been compromised]

Streets

-You're damn right-

-The Traveller throws the second axe at the stricken Daniel-

[The only reason Daniel dodged that was because he fell to his knees from the pain.]

Daniel: Get it off... GET IT OFF!

[His lightning is going crazy now, striking anything nearby.]

Streets

-Using this chance, a massive lightning bolt is hurled at the traveler-

Streets

-The Traveller is knocked back a bit from the lightning bolt he's not aware of-

-Fortunately, this knocks him out of Daniel's way-

-Standing up, he attempts to cast a complicated spell-

-There is an extremely low chance of it working, but if it does, well...-

-Daniel will be turned into a Weird, a blob of elemental energies, and lose all of his powers just long enough for a fireball to annihilate him-

-Of course, that's provided the spell works - and it's very temperamental and easy to stop-

[Daniel gets to his feet again as a red-tinted thunderstorm grows above him]

Daniel: Come out, you monster. Show yourself!

[A red lightning bolt again fires at Traveler]

Streets

-The Traveller hard counters the lightning bolt, a bolt of blue making it cease to be-

-He promptly fires another bolt of electricity at Daniel, while he frantically searches for where that massive lightning bolt came from-

Roof

-The robot is uppon a roof near by, just absorbing the red lightning from the storm at the moment-

Streets

-The Traveller backs away from Daniel-

-With no options left, it decides to risk itself to take out that robot-

-Placing one hand in one fist, the Traveller begins chanting in an utterly inhuman timbre, his body glowing with red mana-

-As he does... a red sun appears to rise over Rift City-

Roof

-The robot looks briefly to the sky, then back to the traveler-

-It begins to pour all the energy from its chest into its hands, as well as drawing in more energy from the thunderstorm-

Streets

-The red sun reaches its apex-

-then fires a beam of pure mana at the robot-

-No absorbing this one, buddy boy; get hit and you're getting hurt-

Roof

-I hope you mean fully absorb, because well.... that is kinda its primary ability when facing spell casters-

-As it is hit with the beam of pure red mana, it fires off a similar beam at the traveler, made out of the mana from it, the Mana from daniels storm, and some of the Mana from red sun Zenith-

-Before it itself is incinerated-

[Daniel takes the blunt of the blue lightning, yet somehow remains standing.]

Daniel:    OBLIVION STORM!   

[What lightning the bot hasn't absorbed starts to strike down on the Traveler]

-All that remains of the Traveller before it is even hit by what Daniel can throw up is a smoking pile-

Announcer in the sky

   Double Kill   

Daniel: ...Double kill?

[Sighs]

Doesn't matter now. I need to get off the lava first...

[Gets up and blindly stumbles off]

[I know I shouldn't be double-posting, but have a Daniel at the park. The lava had cooled down on his face, so he has yet to be able take it off...]

Daniel: Just my luck. (-__-')

-Ray is still wallrunning on the buildings-

-He's up pretty damn high-

[Ray might spot a red-tinted storm cloud above the park. Someone had forgotten to make sure the cloud fell apart after he had used it on the Traveler...]

-Ray notes the stormcloud-

-He stops moving for a moment, trying to ascertain whether or not it's friend or foe-

} The storm cloud doesn't do anything, just rumbles a bit.]

-Ray descends-

-Cautiously-

[And sitting directly underneath the storm, Ray will find a certain temporarily sightless demon trying to remove hardened lava off his face.]

Daniel: [hearing the sound of footsteps coming closer] Who's there?

-After approximately a week of standing still, Ray starts moving and opens fire-

[The gunfire hits Daniel several times, severely injuring him. He isn't dead, though, and red lightning begins to appear in the cloud]

Daniel: Who are you?!?

[Red lightning appears in Daniel's hands, and he sends it out. Whether or not it hits Ray is up to Sparty...]
