Panty shot, now its anime. Actually just wanted to make the post something more then just "Yomi jumped out the window". May make a habit of hitting people with that wiffle bat, let me know if it gets annoying.

I have an idea for a character that does not get what Chuunibyou means and thinks it's actual superpowers? (She does have powers, if you count a rod that can telepathically move stuff and having blue hair and "horns" as superpowers. Also, she's a foreigner, explaining her lack of knowledge on the subject.)
Would this character not fit, or could you possibly make room for her?
EDIT: I'm just going to interpretation your refusal to answer (or post anything, really) as a yes
