Your name is Bob Parr. Yes, you are fairly certain that is your name. You're not entirely sure, as you can't remember much of anything else. As you look around yourself, you are standing in the middle of nowhere, quite literally. The only thing penetrating the blackness around you are the many ones and zeroes floating around, producing an eerie blue-green light... Though they have nothing to illuminate.
What do you do?

You hold your hands up to your face. All ten of your fingers, five for each hand, seem to be intact, and after wiggling them around a bit, you find that you can move them quite freely. All in all, you have pretty average hands.
The numbers are starting to creep you out.

You take one of the fingers that you were so closely observing earlier and tentatively extend it towards one of the numbers. Upon contact, you feel a slight sting as it emits a shower of blue-green sparks before floating away.

You look down at your clothing. You appear to be wearing some sort of bodysuit. It's mostly black, with glowing blue-green lines running up on the sides. You also notice that you're wearing gloves of the same fashion. Were those there before? You think you would have noticed them upon observing your hands at such great length. No, you decide. Those were definitely not there before.
The numbers are beginning to move a lot faster now.

You begin to step forwards, putting one foot in front of the other. It appears your feet have fallen asleep, but this doesn't bother you too much as you're too concerned with where the hell you are.
Suddenly, the landscape changes. You suddenly find yourself in a bright green meadow, with sheep walking around and grazing peacefully. In the distance, you think you can see a little cottage with smoke rising out of a small chimney.
You notice your clothes have changed as well. You're now wearing a wool tunic, with wool pants and sheepskin shoes. Your hands are entirely bare.
What do you do?

You reach down and pet one of the sheep. It bleats joyfully.
You, however, are deep in thought. How did you suddenly end up here? Are you under the possession of some sort of matrix? Is this why you have no memories or any recollection of your past? And what's up with your weird obsession with hands?
These questions swirl through your head as you stand deep in thought. However, you fail to realize that someone has come out of the cottage and has noticed you standing there.
"Hey! What do you think you're doin', messin' with my sheep?!"

You look around. There seems to be nothing but plain fields as far as you can see. In the direction of the cottage, you think you can see a village a lot farther away. However, the only immediate threat is the man currently yelling in your face and waving a pitchfork around.
"You bet you're out of place! If you ever go near my sheep again, I'll slit your throat and feed you to the coyotes!"
You gulp loudly. You may not remember much, but you know that you definitely do not want your throat slitted.

"I'm terribly sorry, sir. I just appeared here out of nowhere, and I had no idea these were your sheep. If you would just be so kind as to not slit my throat, then we can put all this behind us." You shrug nervously.
The man glares at you. "You really think I'm stupid enough to believe that, huh? I'll give you twenty-nine seconds to get out of my sight. Then..." He pulls an enormous machete from who-knows-where. "The hunt begins."
