Hordes are much more efficient for ev grinding anyway.
I don't know why they would remove Super Training though.

I think most things are more efficient for EV grinding than Super Training.
But at least it comes early, as opposed to places like Hoenn, where it's all over the place.
If everyone were normal, the world would be a dull place. Like reality television. But Super Training is nice because I don't wanna wander around trying to find the right horde and looking up what pokemons give me what thingies.
Plus it's kinda fun.
Oh really when?it just needs an extra level to give you 24 EV points
Secret SignatureThe one I want to know about is Feebas. Now that contests are back, will it return to how it used to evolve, or will it remain the trade thing?
Song of the SirensMaybe it can evolve either way?
Why not both?
But then again, if that hold item isn't available in ORAS, then it's moot anyway.

Official site says yeah, Feebas has its original evolution condition back. But I would assume that Prism Scales won't stop being a thing, either.

Trans rights are human rights.Come to think of it though, having an alternate method to evolve it sounds nice. Like if you accidentally used the Prism Scale (on a Feebas with non-perfect IVs, for example) or traded it away.

True. Though you can get extra Prism Scales via Pickup.
Technically, Feebas never really lost the ability to evolve via Beauty, it's just that there was no way to raise it past Gen 4.
Trans rights are human rights.I didn't have any trouble with with the Braille. I had already seen the Braille alphabet in the game manual before I even started the game. I had about equal difficulties with translating the English messages into Swedish as Ihad translating the Braille into English (I was pretty young back then). My real problem was with actually finding the caves, which the game gives you almost no hints on. I guess my previous lack of English skill didn't help matters either. I didn't find any of the caves until I bought the strategy guide, but guess what, I didn't care. It's not like you actually needed to catch those guys to complete the game. I like having legendaries that are actually difficult to get.
it's funny
when i first played Sapphire for real, rather then kill everything with my older sister's level 100 swampert, third grade
we were actually learning braille as a side project
however, we learned it by feeling, not looking

I read that as a Marshtomp (Swampert?)
in the third grade, at level 100.
Poor thing just can't get his multiplication table down.
marshtomp sounds cooler anyway i get the names confused
but yeah my sister had a level 100 swampert and also a level 90-something kyogre
twas fun
How about, there's a thing on the bottom screen that'll let you check the type of your opponent's Pokemon... but only if you've already caught it ie it's in your Pokedex. That way you're encouraged to catch 'em all.
Eh, the Braille thing wasn't fun for me. I like actual puzzles, not translation projects. It'd be one thing if this was an ARG, or translating the text gave you an easter egg.
I remember hearing that the new EXP. Share and the return to the gen 1-4 EXP. system were intentionally designed to speed up the game and cut down on grinding (to compete with the fast pace of mobile games), but they needed to balance that out with boosting the AI and levels a bit on bosses.
That'd be a great idea. I really hope they bring back all those helpful apps from gen 4 eventually. The info provided in calls in Black 2 and White 2 to Bianca, Professor Juniper, and Cheren would be nice as bottom screen apps, too.
There's so much they can use the bottom screen for, and they just refuse to do it all of a sudden. Nicknaming, happiness, type checking, evolution method hints, EV/IV overview, Hidden Power type, all of that can be dropped down there so the player doesn't have to fly all over creation trying to find that info.
"There is no story. It's all drugs."Any new info since the Mega Slowbro reveal?
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.Serebii isn't showing anything.
Not that I know of.
There's the Tuesday announcement coming up, though.
I knew what Braille was when I first played Sapphire.
I simply didn't care. It seemed like way too much work for way too little reward. Yes, Three Legendary Pokemon were considered too little reward.
If you meet me have some courtesy, have some sympathy, have some taste. Use all your well-learned politesse or I'll lay your soul to waste. The braile part is not that hard anyway. Translations are easily findable, especially online. Having extremely specific Pokemon in specific spots in your order made it felt barely worth it, as they weren't exactly "great" Legendaries. I like 'em, don't get me wrong, but the work was a bit more than it should've been. Even the Lake Trio was easier to deal with in the end.
Lake Trio wasn't hard at all. In either of their appearances.
youtube.com/Fire Trainer 92Well, Mespirit's roaming was annoying, but that's it.
I sure said that!
This.
I don't fancy having to transfer my pokemon to X/Y just to EV grind them.
