Anyone else notice that shotguns are really useless? Like I was playing in the firing range and it is literally impossible to hit anything at 15 meters out. The pellets just plain disappear.
Oh really when?Which is pretty ridiculous considering Shotguns in real life can actually hit targets to at least 60 feet away.
Stand Fast, Stand Strong, Stand TogetherBut if they incorporated that into the games, people would complain that shotguns are OP.
If guns were reflected accurately everyone would use just the AK and everything else would gather dust. I mean I'm ok with a little bit of licence for gameplay reasons but shotguns that literally can't hit something at 15 meters? That's too much.

Oh really when?Isn't the shotgun in this game more like some kind of sonic cannon thing?
One is a UTS-15 pretending to be the Force Gun from Dead Space. The other is a bullpup Saiga that thinks it's a G36 and the last one is some caseless thing made by Metal Storm, a now defunct company whose products were hilariously terrible and couldn't do anything they were advertised to do.

aww :'(
hashtagsarestupidYeah all their stuff looked nice on their youtube videos of a million rounds a second but then the South Africans started actually placing orders. They couldn't keep up and then it was discovered all of their products were ridiculously unreliable, lacked any ballistic consistency, any sort of accuracy or range and were just terrible in general.
Company went under and I'm fairly sure all the members are either bankrupt or hiding.
This actually happened quite a few years ago. Their method of using caseless ammunition all stored in the barrel is now pretty much dead.

Oh really when?At least it was just South Africa, nowhere important
^ The SANDF is basically the lion of Africa's military power. It's not saying much but Somalia they are not.
True.
I guess, I know nothing about African militaries XD

Well lots of them have these really nice looking berets
Oh really when?Anyone else thinks it's absolutely hilarious that you can mount an extended magazine and a suppressor on Metal Storm Maul shotgun?

Oh really when?^ You can do the same on the M1216 shotgun in Black Ops II. It gains a magically somehow there 5th cycling cylinder for ammo.
I don't know why but somehow I want to see an Alpha Protocol/Advanced Warfare crossover. Even though settings don't necessarily line up.
He's Nicaraguan.
EDIT: @theLibrarian
Then again it wasn't even really a civil war, to be honest. More like a shadow war since besides a car chase on an operating highway none of it was in very public places.
Don't forget the villages that got purged of their entire populations, thus eliminating witnesses.

Mike Thorton in an exo-suit.
Want
Oh really when?Has a very World War Z vibe about it for some reason. Maybe it's just the onrushing hordes of zombies.
Anyway I was able to take it seriously until I saw all the celebrity names XD

I'm guessing movement speed. In previous CO Ds, heavier weapons (LMGS, Snipers) make you move slower.
They do have medals for almost, and they're called silver!
