They're alright. They started out great but progressively watered down a once promising idea more and more, becoming another band remembered mostly for their aesthetic than whatever little they had going for them musically.

One of the better Melodic Death Metal bands, IMO. Not my favorite though, but still pretty good. Less watered-down than some others in the genre, I'll say that much for 'em...

On another forum AA was voted better than [[dethklok Metalocalypse]]. These dudes definitely get my seal of approval. Also the three songs, makes me adore the shit out of AA.

Aha, that is a good one. 
Gotta go with With Oden on Our Side for my favorite album. In my opinion, W Oo OS was is their magnum opus.
Saw them in '09; it was a badass show.

I would've had the chance to see them in February at Chicago's House Of Blues had I not had my whole self-conscious episode.
Oh well. Hopefully they perform again in 2015 or some time later again this year in Chicago.

Don't dislike Amon Amarth, but saying they're better than Dethklok is really saying much.
For we shall slay evil with logic...
While I haven't been into Death Metal for too long this music group has become second to Dethklok for best Death metal band.
