For some reason, I really dislike the Animetized version of the creatures, so I'd stick with the more traditional ones.
That said, my favorite is 1.4

I would personally toss out 3 (since it's hard to see the features on the low-contrast stone) and 8, 10, and 11 since they presumably deviate from the traditional tengu look. Another option to consider would be to select a few as members of a collage. The page notes that there are depictions of more birdlike ones and the long-nosed red-skinned ones.
I do like 1.4 and 1.5 since 1.5 acknowledges both types by giving the tengu a tengu mask.

8.4 is nice too. Have same issue with 8.2 as with 1.3.
