That, plus it being set to not be able to pick up certain archived pages that aren't in that namespace, would be helpful.

For what it's worth, the namespaces in question are Archive/ and [=You Know That Show]. The pages in other namespaces can simply be moved into these.

Pulled those archives into an offline archive. Should fix it.

The Locked Pages thread recently had a suggestion that the "Related To" page does not test Archived pages, because we don't care what namespace or wicks the archived pages point to while we check Cross Wicking.
