A Clerks-style show set in a movie theater
They should build a Show around how a non-Profit organization works...believe me, that's even Comedy pure in real life.
A group of struggling sitcom writers get in wacky situations, upon which they build the premise of their new show, and along the way they might just learn a little something about each other… and themselves.

The last hurrah? Nah, I'd do it again.I have a friend living in town who does regular Stand-up comic stuff. I think I'll have to get in touch and give him a heads up about this.
EDIT: Correction. I just did give them a heads up about this.

-starts writing down these ideas-
Oh, don't mind me... just drawing inspiration.
I was thinking about a show where we follow a group of people trying to achieve fame through various means- internet, movies, music, theater, books- and their relationships.
A former CIA operatives and a reformed crook joins together and sets out to help those who can't help themselves.
Except they suck at it. Their effort to "help" ends up causing more problems, both to their clients and themselves, and most of the episodes is about their screwups and desperate effort to salvage the situation.
Think of it as a parody of shows like Burn Notice, Leverage, and Person Of Interest.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.Make it a full band of five.
- Big Guy: ex-special ops with PTSD.
- Smart Guy: arrested as a teenager for hacking a bank, goes into withdraw w/o online game.
etc.
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."Grimm spin-off about Monroe, Bud, and the Wesen community.
Just renew SVU, but remove a wall and replace Ice-T with Wayne Brady.
I'm a skeptical squirrelI second that...I bet Buds family live and the lodge would made a great Comedy show...They could tell the first three seasons from his perspective...

Okay, here's my pitch.
Judging Paris: Three NYC girls share an apartment and every episode one of them (in rotation) has a new romantic interest. These hapless mortal boys start by noting the different characteristics of the three goddesses, but soon find themselves judged and found wanting.
So what's your pitch?
"Show us the Galaxy Warp."
