I'm playing the Genre Savvy card. Of course it could be Wrong Genre Savvy.

Trump delenda estTV guide says that they're still alive on the ark!
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."Abby is anyway.
Trump delenda estI didn't see anything about Abby. Just 'blah blah blah Raven gives Bellamy an irresistible offer (are they gonna do it? ) and blah blah blah Kane blah blah blah decision '
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."I take it you didn't watch the latest episode yet.
Trump delenda estThis show is such a pleasant surprise.
How is no one pregnant yet? I don't know much about the menstrual cycle but shouldn't someone have missed their period by now?
Oh god. What are they doing about periods???
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."I also have a theory about why the grounders are so backwards, the nukes would've been targeted at more populous areas, cities and stuff, people who lived in tribes probably wouldn't be as affected.
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."
That, and what use is the technology when the populations practically obliterated and the smartest people in the world already got the hell outta' there? Even if they were using tech originally, they would run out of supplies to keep it working (like gas for a car).
That's true, most people nowadays don't know how most things work, how would the survivors of a nuclear war fare?
Did you enjoy the latest episode, Stock Photo Koala?
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."That's from last week, right (not sure if there was an episode last night, but don't think there was)? It wasn't a complete 'wow' episode for me. I like the direction Octavia's character is going. I've been on the fence with her for while, but choosing family/community over love is always appreciated. I was hoping better of Murphy (? not sure if that's his name. Banished guy.) but wasn't foolish enough to expect anything (he did try to kill a little girl, after all). It's good that Raven is moving on from Flynn (pretty boy love interest), since now she can stop being so emotionally dependent and start growing as a character.
I'm trying to figure out how Clarke's mother could have possibly survived, and I'm betting on emergency escape shuttle. Then again, she might be dead. This show hasn't killed off a prominent character yet (except Wells, but he seemed created to die), but it's gone to some pretty dark places (blowing up a circle of children, for instance).
Tbh, I'm more interested in next episode- I'm excited to see more of the grounders.
There was an episode late night and there are two more left in the season.
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."Is it a spoiler to say something big happened last night?
I love the way Clarke's character is going. They usually keep the heroines of YA novels completely in the right.
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."I also love Clarke's actresses' crying. It's so desperate and it's a complete contrast to the rest of her character.
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."This all is kind of spoiler-y. I'll give you time to watch it, SPL! Enjoy it!
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."Just watched episode. So Abby was thrown off? I wonder why.
I doubt Finn/Flynn/Love Interest is really dead. If you don't see it, it never happened. This episode ended and reservations Clarke has about the grounders though. Undoubtedly, in her eyes they're completely irredeemable now, down to their very culture. Though I do wonder how they've created such practice (like scarring themselves) so quickly after the collapse of civilization. Seems to me that it would take a bit longer for it to devolve. I wonder what's going to happen to Clarke next episode—the preview showed her in chains. Why won't they just kill her?
Also, I love the new guy on the arc. I can't shake the feeling he's gonna' die, but so far he's awesome.

Bad Crazy is a thing that happens, and in the context of a nuclear apocalypse?
That said, that tribe cannot possibly be typical. The hundred must have managed to land on top of the most pathologically violent tribe around, just because if they were fighting people as violent as themselves, there is no way they would rack up that many kills and still be alive. Every fighter having multiple kills means massacres.

It might not be every fighter—we could have just been introduced to the elite. But, your point stands. It doesn't seem like the earth is populated enough to justify this level of violence, especially since there doesn't seem to be other tribes in the area.
Well, no, any more sane people in the area are likely either dead or have hightailed it for "anywhere far from those crazy fucks".
and There are the Mountain Men who have been mentioned who seem to be The Dreaded and Lincoln mentioned some group on the coast that are allied to his tribe. That's where he was heading.
The Mountain Men are descended from the staff of Mount Weather and all those supplies the 100 were supposed to go get have long been used up.

Trump delenda estThe girl child was explicitly a "squire" - and even she had more than one death to her name. They have to be making a habit of mass murder for that to happen.
I guess we were supposed to feel sad for her death but she wasn't some innocent kid playing under the bridge when the bomb went off, she was part of the attacking force and had five kill scars to her credit.
Trump delenda estYeah, Clarke brought that up. 'What was a little girl doing in a war zone?! '
What do you think happened to Monty.
To quote the great American philosopher, Sweet Brown, "Ain't nobody got time fo' dat."He said something like "Oh my Giod!" or I don't believe it!" right? With an expression on his face that looked like he was seeing something impossible and/or scary as hell.
Let the Wild Mass Guessing begin!
He saw a tank.
He saw a dinosaur
He saw a tank turret strapped to the top of a dinosaur.
scariest of all:
He saw evidence that disco is still alive.

Trump delenda est- Dons tinfoil hat*. It's an AI drone, which was left on peacekeeper mode when the war destroyed it's chain of command - The entire area was perfectly tranquil until the scar tribe noticed that the machines only enforced the peace against people using guns, spent some time drilling hand-to-hand and then murdered everyone else anywhere near. Which was easy because their victims were not expecting to have to fight anyone ever.
I dunno. That ending felt pretty...conclusive to me.
