Okay, so I realized a while back that the new folder systen could previously fit like 4 or 5 of them in the same line, but now it only fits 2. Can anyone tell me if this is a bug, an intentional change or it's just something that happens to me? ( By the way, I don't know if I should ask it here, but I'm just a newbie, so if this is the wrong board, please forgive me)

Ah, people not replying, the best way to show that they care.

That was 13 minutes and 12 seconds — hardly enough time for people to see the thread and definitely not enough to conclude that they don't care, especially given that the issue is not urgent. Wait a couple days next time.

Anyway, the new folder bars were initially somewhat shorter than they are now, but people wanted them to hold more text so they were widened and now fewer of them fit on a line. It's an intentional change which everyone should be seeing (though widescreen monitors are probably still able to fit more than two).

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

Okay sorry. Isn't there anyway to make more than 2 fit in a certain monitor? Because I'd rather have 4 on the same line.

You'll probably want to increase your resolution to achieve that. It sounds like the width of the folder boxes (plus space) was initially X. Now they're Y. Your browser is able to display the toolbar to the left (T), plus two of the folder boxes.

So your current monitor (M) can be expressed with the following two inequalities:

  • (T+4*X)>M
  • (T+2*Y)<M
