I'm wondering what role Alfred will play throughout all this.

He was written much much better in the comics.

He was at least entertaining in how absurdly petty he got.

Right. Just saw some of the issue where Batman sprays Zod with the Kryptonite Fear Gas combo). From what I can tell, it wasn't that he nicked the formula and held on to it post Metropolis tragedy. What it sounds like to me is that he already had some of his own, and just felt it was way too much of a dick move to use it after what happened to Clark already.

Killer Croc/Orca are the new best OTP.

I love Injustice Superman because I can tell he's NOT Superman and just where exactly he failed to live up to being the person he was supposed to be. I also like noting this version of Superman never had to deal with Lex Luthor or Brainiac, so he's by no means as hardened or suspicious as the other Superman in our world—which, ironically, is probably why he failed to see the Joker's trick before it happened.

You know, it's too bad it's strictly DC Universe, because I'd LOVE to see how Hellboy and the Turtles would be in the comic run. tongue

Croc and Orca are getting married!

Shame they're probably going to be horribly murdered at the wedding.

...kinda glad they do not seem to remember Grant Emerson existed.

Not eager to see what Regime Supes would do with the poor guy.

Injustice vs. Masters of the Universe is interesting in that its a sequel to the Bad Ending of Injustice 2's story mode. I guess it's also stealth confirmation that the proper Injustice 3 will follow the Good Ending, so this way we can see how both would play out.

I got excited hearing that, glimpsed at the first issue, and ran into these: [1] [2] [3]

Subtle. Real subtle.

So ignoring that the premise is cool. I figured Injustice 3 would follow the good ending so it's neat to have this alternative. Normally I'd be angry that they pushed this into a comic book, but at the expense of having a cliffhanger that never gets explored it's nice to have this.

He-Man joining the Injustice universe tickles me just as much as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover did.

I am amused that in the games Superman is treated as if he were the strongest person in the world, when in the comics it is made clear that he is a Jobber or a Worf.

The comics honestly underwhelm Superman.

I like how in the game, they retcon one of the comic scenes from Superman trying to fix Arkham to, "Yes, the people here must all be executed."

To me, that just shows how much this story was about sucking off to Batman.

[up]Pretty much all the Injustice games and comics save the MOTU crossover have that issue, and the last one is the only one to avoid that because He-Man actually gets to be the main hero, rather than clearing the slate for Batman.

I think that you shouldn't try and half-ass a genocidal dictator. Injustice Superman is not redeemable and no attempt to make it so should be acknowledged.

Which is why we somehow need to bring Earth Prime Superman back.

Wonder Woman too.

I remember how in the first game, Batman needed help from another Superman to beat Superman, while in the sequel Batman manages to beat him on his own.

In fact it bothers me that Superman will not be redeemed, and the final battle was the classic one, Superman = Bad, Batman = Good.

I'm not sure Batman=Bad, Superman=Good would have been better.

Then again, I felt the absence of Good Superman and Wonder Woman in Injustice 2.

Injustice Superman is not redeemable and no attempt to make it so should be acknowledged.

And yet this series wants us to think that Harley is redeemable after she helped the Joker murder Lois, her unborn baby and millions of people in Metropolis which is what set Superman down this path in the first place.

Yet Batman let’s her run around freely doing whatever the Hell she wants while talking down to Green Lantern and Flash.

And we’re supposed to be okay with it because she happens to be a mommy with some forgettable-ass kid.
