One of them is definitely Captain Boomerang. With no other options on IMDB's (admittedly very preliminary) cast list, it's possible the last one is the Riddler.
EDIT: Looking at the trailer again, the one I thought might have been Riddler is clearly Captain Boomerang. The shot of the other guy with his mask off it shows that he's black, so...maybe Bronze Tiger?

I'm just glad Rocksteady is back at the helm. Origins was a disappointment, IMHO.
please call me "XionKuriyama" or some variation, thanks! | What is the good deed that you can do right now?Deadshot, Harley, Killer Frost, King Shark, Captain Boomerang, and Black Spider.
I wonder if they'll mention Spider was one of the Joker's rejected assassins.
Black Spider makes more sense than Bronze Tiger. I'm only really roughly acquainted with the membership of the Suicide Squad.
Tiger is one of the traditional members.
You look happy, I can change that if you want. That much I know (previous comments should let you know I watch Arrow, at least, and they did a Suicide Squad episode a couple weeks back :P). But I don't know enough about them to really know anyone other than the ones in the movie and Bronze Tiger.
Captain Boomerang, really?
Guy is lame IMO.
He's also a mainstay of the Squad if Wikipedia's comprehensive list of Suicide Squad members is anything to go by.
I find him pretty cool. Though I preferred his Son as Captain Bommerang. (His death in Blackest Knight was one of the really low points of the series.)
You look happy, I can change that if you want.Boomerang is a pretty cool guy. He's like a lot of Flash's enemies - really silly premises that end up being kind of awesome because they embrace the silliness and become badasses on top of that.
The Top is another really neat example.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. No, I am the Arkham Knight.
"Please crush me with your heels Esdeath-sama!Captain Boomerang was also mentioned in Origins, so I guess they were hinting at his involvement in the squad.
If they include Moth, I hope they make him badass again. Hell, I'd even take the Teen Titans version. At least he was a decent threat there.
I am the Arkham Knight and so is my wife!
"But don't give up hope. Everyone is cured sooner or later. In the end we shall shoot you." - O'Brien, 1984Speaking seriously for a moment, I think that the Arkham Knight is either Quincy Sharp or is somehow connected to him. Remember, we haven't seen the Arkham Knight out of his powered armor, and Strange did brainwash Sharpie into thinking he was the Spirit of Arkham.

That was the assumption I was making.
I think a likely candidate for Arkham Knight would be a former TYGER guard. They've got the hyper-advanced tech to rival Batman, willingness to use guns, rarely (if ever) show their faces, and are already associated with Arkham.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.Arkham Knight is actually the Arkhamverse's version of HARDAC.
HARDAC coming back would be... something.

Doesn't have to actually be HARDAC, but how many times has Batman fought androids designed to replace him by thinking like the criminals of Gotham, only to have it realize that it could do a way better job than those guys?
Good point.
Can't say that's happened in any Batman video game, though.
Lampshade Hanging: It's a lifestyle.Exactly. And since each AI is technically a different character, this is now my going theory for the identity of the Arkham Knight.
Deadshot, shark guy, Harley, Killer Frost, but who are the other two?
