Installed my new avatar. Showing up in the avatar gallery, but it's not showing up anywhere else.

Does this have anything to do with the fact that the folders are always open, even though I set it to be closed?

When I go to Edit Forum Profile and try to change my avatar (picking from the drop-down menu, not uploading a new one), it doesn't change. If I try to upload a new one, the new appears in my gallery, but the displayed avatar still doesn't change.
Several others are reporting not being able to change either.
