Would there be any issues with Shiva as a character?

Only complaint about the Red Skull sign up is that its assuming HYDRA keeps its name when it goes into its civilian front. I consider it really bad marketable to keep your name after trying to trump the Nazis as the top badguys during WWII. Maybe a new name for the 21st Century, to show the public consumers at the very least to show the unsuspecting populace that its now a kinder, gentler, more family friendly organization.

herrcolonel: A little saddened by the fact that we won't have a bright red baldie with cheekbones, but everything else checks out. Accepted.

Did you miss the thing about the front organizations? That's how HYDRA hides itself. It isn't going to rename itself for the sake of playing nice. Not everything is called HYDRA Medical, HYDRA Biotech, etc etc. Those organizations all have other names.

Also, lol at the idea of a family friendly HYDRA.

I can change that if you absolutely insist, but I prefer to play him with his face on, so he can actually, y'know, go out in public. Simpler than the mask, because masks can be ripped off. As we all know.

herrcolonel: Sure, I'm not particularly bothered. If it's absolutely paramount to have him all crimson and gruesome, then we could have the red-skull-face be the mask, rather than the other way around. But that's probably not going to happen.

In fact, this is kind of useful for me, because I came up with an NPC who happens to wear a skull mask, and now I don't need to worry about him looking too similar to Reddy.

Short answer: no. Long answer: Exactly how much of an idiot do you think Johann is? No. The names may be myth-derived, though.

Okay, then in that case there should be no problem. For all intents and purposes, yeah, Johann's going to look human.

What happened to Captain Boomerang? Solving all your problems with boomerangs? It was going to be boomer-tastic!

I really want to do that as well, but at the same time I also found the perfect theme song for Mysterio and I've been reading a lot of Spider-Man. Plus, with Mysterio I get to be super hammy all the time and enact villanious schemes, as opposed to Boomerangs ridiculous awesomeness.

Well, villainous schemes are pretty great. I can see the conflict.

I'll read Hub City and see if that makes me favor one of them.

Powers and Abilities: Extensive knowledge of hand to hand combat. An expert designer of special effects devices and stage illusions, a master hypnotist and magician, and an amateur chemist and roboticist.

Weapons and Equipment: A wide array of equipment which he uses to maintain his mystique and setup his illusions. He has everything under the sun from holographic projectors, to smokescreens, to knockout gas, to magnetic coil springs in his boots that allow him to make impressive leaps and cling to surfaces, and even robotic doubles. He even has a multitude of weapons such as lasers from the eye emblems on his shoulders and electric coils withing his cape.

Origin: A special effects wizard and stunt man working for a major Hollywood studio with dreams of making a name for himself in the film industry. However, he came to see his career in special effects as a dead-end job. His attempts to become an actor were poorly received, but he realized that his expertise in illusions could make him an effective supervillain. Personality: She is a cruel, manipulative seductress that always gets whats she wants.

She has a distorted sense of justice and believes that the current situation of the world is disgusting (politics, poverty, capitalism corruption,crime and religion) and she believes that the american ideal of freedom and capitalism is just a tool for the control of the masses. She thinks that humanity is at it's core evil as evidenced by the numerous wars and injustices and therefore should be punished as little children to achieve greatness. She will either use an ironic curse or outright kill anyone she considers evil

She thinks the United nations and any kind of government or laws is a joke and wants to rule the world herself to bring a new age of prosperity to mankind.

She also hates superheroes (but admires them as being worthy adversaries) and most technology as she thinks they are only holding back humanity to being the glorious magical rulers of the universe they can become .

Powers and Abilities:

She is incredibly beautiful manipulative, and a genius. While she has the raw power to beat the average superhero team by herself she prefers to use her brains and use people as pawns to further her goals making her brains her most dangerous asset.

Her only real weakness is also her greatest goal: the lord of order relic of "excalibur" as it's the only thing she cannot beat directly by any means. However if she ever took possession of the sword she would become completely unstoppable. She is also vulnerable to "anti magical equipments like nth metal and if she loses concentration her spells lose strength as well. Any spell that is too complex requires her to meditate and fully focus leaving her vulnerable to attacks.

Items "The eye of rao" wich gives her unlimited magical stamina, without it she can get tired if she uses too much magic.

She has a lot of RAW magical power but due to her inexperience she has yet to master her full potential. but she has the current spells at her disposal :

ETERNAL YOUTH: She doesn't age anymore.

POWER STEALING/transfer: She is able transfer anyones powers to anyone but only temporarily (1 hour max)

SHAPE SHIFTING: She can take many forms from a dragon to an identical copy of any human that can fool any telepath/senses.

ENERGY PROJECTION:She can use spells as energy attacks

FLIGHT

Teleportation

Magical shields (not unbreakable but good enough to allow her to scape)

Transmutation:In the past she has been shown to be able to turn average humans to stone .

Alchemy/magical potions/enchantments

Summoning: She can summon any weapon and her personal army of mindless slaves.Currently the demon Etrigan is a slave of her.

Origin: Morgan Lefay was originally a normal human and a king arthur's sister. However one day she accidentally discovered a talent for magic when she made her brother's sword to float like a ballon. She soon came to become merlin's student at age 8 and she discovered that she had an incredible talent for magic to the point she became much more powerful and skilled at magic than the legendary Merlin himself.

Unknown to her Merlin researched a mysterious dragon tattoo she had in her back and discovered she was "the dragon that always fights the knight of legends" or in other words a lord of chaos called "dragon" in human form. According to legend Dragon became weary of the never ending struggle between order and Chaos and willingly suppressed most of it's powers to inhabit the mortal plane and find some purpose.

Her dark nature soon emerged as she soon tried to take Camelot one day by as she was along her army was easily beating camelot's army including Merlin but she was ultimately beaten by an excalibur wielding Arthur.

Despite her betrayal Arthur spared her as a last act of brotherly love Arthur asked Merlin to impression her for eternity in eternal sleep.She was unintentionally woken up 7 years ago ....

Now she is CEO of young industries one of the most powerful companies in the world (behind stark and wayne enterprises) while the emergence of superheroes has slowed her plans of world domination she is waiting for the perfect moment to strike and gain her rightful place as queen of the world.

She is a drug addict/alchoholic and doesn't trust anything or anyone . She specially hates those lucky "rich brats" with happy families but in truth she envies anyone happier than her.

She "hates the system" and disrespect any authority figure.

Powers and Abilities: Ability to temporarily borrow the magical powers of other mystical heroes and villains

NERFED: she can't steal the powers of someone that would make her win instantly in a given situation.

She may get powers of someone she didn't want to get

She usually needs 1 hour before stealing powers again

She can't steal Player characters powers (unless given permission by the player)

She gets exhausted after stealing the powers

The more powerful magic she takes control of, be it from one or multiple sources, the shorter she can hold on to it, and she doesn't know exactly how long powers will stay before they go away.

Origin: A rebellious drug adult teen with an even more drug addict father and an alcholic mother. While her father only seeks her for money, her mother did show care for her but zero ability to raise her properly

Lori lives in a poor-crime ridden community from the city. Her mother's gambling addiction caused her to get killed. Wishing the power to a avenge her mother she accidentantly stole the powers of wonder woman and killed in cold blood hermother's assasin and is now looking to kill the mob boss that sent that assasin to kill her.

Unknow to the teachers at her highschool she currently works as a drug-dealer and is part of a young gang called "the pistoleros"

Right now she is in a quest to kill any corrupt officer/mob boss that stands in her way.

Currently there is a bounty for her head by said mob boss at 300,000 dollars, wich only the elite of assassins would dare to try to cash it in...

Well, let's see. Currently, there's only the one character with mystical powers, and he gets them from his sword, so I don't know how that would work. Unless I send in a regular supply of magic villains, then Black Alice would be mostly powerless.

As for Morgan, I think that one of the only powers that could be put by the wayside for now would be the whole summoning-a-mindless-army thing. Otherwise, I think that most of those powers could be made manageable.

Ah ah ah, amplified by his sword. But yeah, unless she hangs out with Harm or Spiral frequently, those assassins aren't going to have much of a problem. I recommend expanding her powerset.
