MOdified Newtonian Dynamics. Aka people who don't like the concept of dark matter so insist that Newton's laws of gravitation must be different. Never mind that they have no way of extending this modified concept of gravity into general relativistic terms and that concentrations of dark matter have actually been mapped from their gravitational influence.

Um, general relativity and Newtonian relativity are not different at these scales. The latter is an approximation for the former in the large distance/low mass case.

Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Yes, but Modified Newtonian Dynamics has (least time I heard) no way of extending their modification into the realms where general relativity starts giving different answers to normal Newtonian Gravity (ie the orbital precession of Mercury), which is a mark against it because we know General Relativity works (GPS satellites have clocks precise enough to account for differences).
That modification would not apply at the GRT scales anyway - they are the opposite limit case of MOND. Perhaps that's the reason they cannot be reconciled.
