The Protomen enhanced my life.No clue. The first thing that came to mind with that description was Animorph.

Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Yeah, that one! All I remember seeing for that was previews so I never actually got to watch the show XD I remember the promos for the series finale of Alex Mack, too.
"This November... Alex Mack's secret... is out."
The Protomen enhanced my life.Alex Mack was special for me. Because that was the first time a show FREAKIN' ENDED. I didnt even watch it all that much but I never knew kids shows would actually END their stories like that. That was awesome.
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.Huh. This is an interesting development. Normally I'd just say that this is just that guy exaggerating, but I do legitimately wonder if this does mean that the Nicktoons Network is on its way out.
Surprised that there hasn't been any sort of official announcement yet, either. Are they trying to stealthily sunset Nicktoons or something?
"I shall not be foolish again, my dear Gwendolyn!"http://www.nicktoons.co.uk/ is still around at least.
The Protomen enhanced my life.If they wanted to do this stealthily, making changes that anyone with an internet connection can see doesn't seem like such a good job.
If Nicktoons Network truly is shutting down, then I am not surprised. Ever since the Viacom CEO change, there seems to be an emphasis on focusing on the company's chief brands and de-emphasizing its secondary ones.
"You can run, but you can't hide from the Buzzinator!"I know they treated Yu Gi Oh like utter shit but I seriously wonder where it will go now? Netflix?
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.I'm a bit skeptical about Nicktoons being let go because Nickelodeon hasn't really released any news about this yet. For all we know, Nickelodeon could be rebranding the Nicktoons network and probably took down all the social media since they wouldn't want their new rebranding of the channel be associated with the old sites.
However, Nickelodeon has been known to not release any vital information about its dealings with TV shows and it's possible that Nicktoons might be cancelled, especially since it's airing live action shows now, which can usually make a network that's mainly about cartoons go downhill due to the fact that it's going against what the network was originally about and many fans would probably jump ship if they saw a live action show on a cartoon channel (just look at what happened with Cartoon Network and CN Real).
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!But Nickelodeon was never solely about cartoons. It always had both. It's about kids.
The main Nickelodeon channel and Teen Nick mostly had a good mixture of both live action and cartoons. I was thinking that the Nicktoons Network was meant to be all about airing Nicktoons since it is called "Nicktoons Network." However, if Nickelodeon meant to air live action shows on Nicktoons this whole time, then that changes everything.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!x2 and Which is why I hope this news about them getting rid off Nicktoons are false and is them revamping the channel. So far they have one channel that is dedicated to all their recent programmings (Nickelodean), one channel that reairs said main channels shows (Nick 2), one channel for all of their preschool shows (Nick Jr) and one channel for the teenage/young adult crowd (Teen Nick). It seems unfair to cancel the channel dedicated specifically to the original cartoons they have made; hell I with the success of he 90s is All That block on Teen Nick, they could at least revamp Nicktoons to be a channel dedicated to nostalgic Nick cartoons if they want to change it to something else.

Don't Judge me, need more views: https://www.deviantart.com/big-k-2011 | https://bigk1337.newgrounds.com/ | https://twitter.com/BigK64133I'd be lying if I didn't say that 90s Are All That/The Splat/NickSplat becoming its own 24/7 channel would be pretty neat, even if I'm not sure that that would actually happen.
"I shall not be foolish again, my dear Gwendolyn!"Well, it's not like the channel is going off the air, since It seems like Pinky Malinky will still be coming soon to Nicktoons and Regular Nick. I'd like to think it's trying to merge its content together and make Its own Disney XD, but that's just a guess.
"We be we baby!"
The thing about creating a channel for classic Nicktoons is that it could be repetitive to the audience, especially since they would be seeing the same episodes over and over again. This is what they tried to do with Nick GAS and that ended up being taken off the air since they only managed to show very few game shows on the channel.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Why not a channel for classic Nick period, then?
Add the live action shows and you’ve got something. Maybe even bring back some of the imported stuff Nick was once famous for like Dangermouse or Count Duckula.
"They say I'm old fashioned, and live in the past, but sometimes I think progress progresses too fast."Because maybe license agreements have changed. I highly doubt we'll see Classic Inspector Gadget episodes on any Nick channel in a long time.
"We be we baby!"
I agree that it might be difficult in bringing back shows like Danger Mouse and Count Duckula to Nickelodeon right now because those were shows imported from Britain and it would be difficult for Nickelodeon to get the licensing rights to these older shows.
I love animation, TV, movies, YOU NAME IT!Plus, we still don't know what exactly Nicktoons is going through. Could be rebranding, could be becoming a brand new network and include the Splat.
"We be we baby!"I'd like to presume that if Viacom was planning to give one of the channels the axe, it would had definitely been TeenNick if The 90s Are All That / NickSplat block didn't exist. That network is even more of a graveyard network than NickToons is outside of the aforementioned block. All things told though, both channels are guilty of being reduced to little more than zombie rerun channels of the main network, rather than living up to their respective purposes as higher-end cable channels that offer exclusive content Nick doesn't.
If NickToons is shut down and/or reworked into a different channel, I presume the result will be TeenNick refocused and rebranded as a direct sister channel to Nickelodeon (in the vein of Disney XD and Boomerang) with both live-action and animated content, rather than Nick spreading their resources thin on two. (Nick Jr. meanwhile probably escape unscathed; and will continue arm-wrestling with Disney Junior for the pre-school demographic.)

has a clue, but it's usually not the correct one 0.55% of the time
So, since this thread is all about Nick, I wanted to ask, and this seems like the right place, which Nick live action shows you think are good, or at least enjoyed?
Wake me up at your own risk.
