The change seems lateral.
Well, the Simpsons one is lower quality. That's about it. Though they're not good at the same things. Simpsons is better at the bully part, while the P&F is better on not just having both randomly appear on the screen at the same time.
Check out my fanfiction!Wow, Tropesof TV fucked up a bunch of pages, didn't he? I've reverted the change.
Lateral change for me, might actually be an improvement. The The Simpsons image seems like two people coincidentally walking past each other, not like the trope.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanThis TropesofTV guy gets around, feel like someone might need an intervention.
They already were taken care of; see Ask The Tropers.

I prefer the Phineas and Ferb image for the reasons stated above.
Phineas And Ferb looks way better. Better quality, more illustrative. Simpsons just looks like they happen to be passing each other.
Another vote for the P&F pic. It is of better quality and more illustrative.
If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead? To me, both of them aren't illustrative. As said , Simpsons pic just looks like they happen to be passing each other; while Phineas and Ferb pic looks like they're merely starting water playing (it doesn't help that the fat guy doesn't look like evil in that particular pic; to me, it looks like he's friendly inciting the skinny guy to start water playing with him). It would be better if we had a pic showing the bully doing something that's undoubtly bullying.

"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeWhat about something like this◊?
That definitely gets the bully part across more.
That is a better image than either.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseNow that's a pic that brings all elements required: a bully that looks like a bully, a wimp that looks like a wimp, and the bully actually bullying the wimp. Has my full support.

"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeExcept for the "pairing", right now its just some bully and a kid he's bullying which isn't the trope.

I actually like the Simpsons one because it illustrates The Bully begrudgingly working with the Wimp. They could be passing each other, but to me it looks like the wimp is prancing around the bully (since he's looking at him) while the bully is trying to ignore him. And Nelson looks stereotypically bully-ish.
Maybe we can find an image of the other pair working together on something? That kid looks sufficiently bullyish, but playing in the water just manages to make them look like Sensitive Guy and Manly Man.

Aye, can't see any working together, there.

Maybe take the pic I suggested in 13 and add another panel with them being bros?
Something like this?◊
