I was reading this page: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Subtext; and realized that it was highly summarized. reading the discussion's page, i found out that it used to be more detailed, but I can't see how it was. Is there a way to see how this article used to be?

Ps.: Sorry bad english

Normally you can click the "history" button, which is right next to the "edit" button. However, sometimes history pages are wiped clean. This means that there isn't any history for the Subtext page. Here, the Wayback Machine will help you; you can view the page as it was at lots of different dates and find the long version.

That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

By the way, when is a page's history deleted/reset?

There's no automatic process. History can be purged whenever it starts to bog down the system. In these cases, the discarded history is no longer accessible on the wiki, although it may be backed up.

You might want to clear the histories for The Several States and Europe, as they have over 600 edits.
