I's hard to sum it up. I'm definitely playing her as much of a con artist as I can. She really holds to Felix's "your words are better than a gun" philosophy, even if she kind of thinks he's a dick now.
She cares about everyone in the "crew," but definitely prioritizes Sasha when necessary.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."I'm trying to play Rhys and Fiona both that way, caring for their team but still very much true to themselves.
I'm not really accepting of Athena's combat-first mentality, and I trusted Jack in Episode 2. It felt like what Fiona and Rhys would do were I not controlling them.
"By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion."I generally just play based on whatever I think is right, though I do generally let the character influence me (for example, the characters' friends/family would be prioritized.)
I'm not sure how I feel about Fiona (and perhaps the rest of the gang) becoming Vault Hunters though.
I mean, it's not like any of them become great Vault Hunters, though.
Like, both Rhys and Fiona are completely unarmed in the framing device (Fiona may have had a gun that the stranger confiscated, but) Within the context of this game it doesn't seem like all Vault Hunters have nearly the massive arsenal they do in the other games, but they still tend to have something.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Well, only equipped weapons are supposed to be visible anyway, and there are only four of those max. Brick eschews weapons entirely (which is a bit of Gameplay and Story Segregation since in the original he usually had a few shotguns), but Mordecai has a sniper and a pistol (I think it was the Lady Finger, but I'm not sure), Lilith's power rose between games that she doesn't need guns at all, and Roland only has an assault rifle.
So yeah, they have less guns than in the main games, but it's just a little odd, not a complete retcon. Except for Brick.
By the way, I just tried buying the new goggles you can get Sasha, and she doesn't actually wear them on her face all the time. They stay around her neck for the most part, like her normal goggles.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Is there any reason the Tales character sheet is listed before Borderlands 2 on the other character sheets? It appears to be chronological, so Tales would come after 2.

So I finally played episodes 2 and 3 with my friend. I decided to flirt heavily with Sasha, after going (against both my own knowledge and my friend's advice) with Fiona's plan. Poor Vaughn. Though, does anyone know the trigger for Jack taking over Rhys' body? Because I partnered with him later, and he never took over to tell Athena about Cassius. Which, surprisingly, my friend encouraged Athena to kill.
Me and my friend's collaborative webcomic: Forged MenHe only takes control of Rhys if you side with him at the end of episode 2.
Yeah, trusting Jack means he can access more of your subsystems, which also has some other effects like altering your ECHO-eye descriptions, I think. They're both pretty risky options — his plan's the most solid, but you let Jack gain further control and Jack's not the nicest fellow.
So how is this episodic series? Does Telltale do justice to the series?
Though frankly, I'm not sure many are gonna be interested in the future of the Borderlands franchise thanks to Pitchford's response to the Colonial Marines criticism.
Short answer, yes.
I certainly like it. Its hilarious, and the characters are well developed so far.
As someone who's not a big Borderlands fan, I'd say it's not that Telltale does justice to the series. It's that they do it better.
I mean, I haven't played much Borderlands 2, and I think I'll probably like that one a lot from what I've seen so far, but Borderlands 1 was pretty rough.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."I wonder if we'll see another Vault Hunter. So far we've seen at least one per episode. Maybe Zer0 because he figured out that these guys have Gortys?
Speaking of Gortys, I hope she's okay, considering they find the piece of her in the framing device.

Played it, damn well loved it. Gonna have a wait a while considering the track record for episodes two and three though.
I DON'T WANT TO
That was surprisingly fast.
Seems par the course to me.
The last few episodes always come pretty quickly.

Gotta admit, for a second I read that as Day/Month and that was very confusing and concerning. I mean I know Telltale have been a bit slow in the past...
How are you playing Fiona, out of curiosity? I prefer her as Paragon; badass leader who chooses mercy when it's an option.
