Same thing he's said about most things since his retirement: Absolutely Nothing. So no one know's for sure whether he'd be okay with this project or not.
I highly HIGHLY doubt he's going to allow them to go ahead with it. And they should respect his privacy.

Yep, Warner Bros. is trying to make a Bill Watterson (The Creator of Calvinand Hobbes) Biopic (Read, "Dramocumentary"). Leonardo Di Caprio, famous movie star, is Producing the picture. So far, it only has a Spec Script written by Dan Dollar.
