I agree with putting the entire box art on Do A 5. That cast pic probably won't look good at wiki size, unfortunately.
I've tested a bit resizing the picture. It doesn't look too bad even a 350 px. Small, but the characters are still easily recognizable.
Otherwise, there's always the option of using a screencap from a game, but I don't know if it's the best for a franchise page:

I've put the new version of the pic on Do A 5; someone that's familiar with the franchise needs to double-check the caption and make sure that the characters are properly noted.
Here's the cast shot...I'd be fine with either this or the generic logo for the franchise page.
I distinctly prefer the cast shot. The other images look like something I'd expect in a trope page.

Check out my fanfiction!Voting for the cast shot too.
We don't need to spend a lot of time wrangling about this. The cast pic is up and tagged; caption or no?
Hearing nothing at all, let's lock up.
The picture for the Dead Or Alive franchise is the same as the only game with a separate page, Dead or Alive 5.
I confirm the latter is indeed a cover of the game. It would gain from having the title included, IMHO◊ (just with the XBOX 360 part cut).
The former could easily be replaced by a more generic cast picture. Now, although for some reason a Google search of "Dead of Alive videogame" produces mainly pin-ups in skimpy swimwear, I can suggest this one◊. (Not sure if it'll still look good once wiki-sized, though.)
