They explained that they couldn’t bring their gunpla cause the way the area is set up. Only high level players can bring their gunpla to the area, it being neutral territory meant that they would be fine to go there without theirs and drool. They only read the map wrong and didn’t think to bring a car.
Ayame did introduce herself in the car and seemingly a low level player herself, or trying to look the part.

... About the Ayame part, I was trying to say that what's even the point of doing the introduction part offscreen when it could be easily done onscreen. I am obviously aware that Ayame introduces the main characters with a jeep, but after the OP, they already know her name. Perhaps I shall reword that.

No, she literally said "Ayame," after Momoka or Sarah asked, "Thank you, miss uh...?"
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...I see. Guess I missed it.

it’s such a predictable Kunochi name that they could have guessed it too.

It's justified, though, because of online handles.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...This was an okay one.
- Ayame's okay, but I'm kind of amused by the implication that she has a Dark and Troubled Past in such a lighthearted series.
- Using shitty Arab stereotypes as villains of the week is garbage.
- Shahryar is great though, as is the Seravee Scherezade.
Next time, it looks like we're meeting the Galbady Rebake pilot.
I'm feeling kind of... underwhelmed by this show right now.
The plot has no direction and doesn't seem to be moving forward at all, the MC's are bland, and the fight choreography was just lacking. The Seravee Scheherezade was kind of cool, but I feel like nothing whatsoever even happened in this episode.
Admittedly, aside from the Mass Divers, there's been virtually no development on the 5v5 tournament thing.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Ditto tbh. I'm mostly sticking along because I want to see the Galbady Rebake and because I'm kind of curious where they're going with all of this.
[[http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/G.U.N.P.L.A. G.U.N.P.L.A. stats]].
... gotta call BS on the 00 Diver's second highest stat being "Uniqueness." How unique is "like the 00, but slightly not." Well, I suppose there is remolding, and really, the vast majority of background suits we see are just straight recolors.
Never mind. In-universe, having a decent "Uniqueness" score makes sense. It's only at a meta-level that it's ridiculously derivative.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I mean, unless the rest of its stats are just objectively shit.
Honestly, the 00 Diver has generally got more shoulder armour than the original, and not to mention that Riku has been tweaking it since Episode 2 (anyone remember all those weapons he was testing in Episode 3?). Not to mention advice from Tigerwolf probably helped as well.
It's not just aesthetics that affect Gunpla performance, it's also the quality of the build, like the frame for instance.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...x5 They have introduced 4 out of the 5 members here and the preview shows that they are going to be stalking the 5th.
Also in this episode he refused to join a fleet (the games equivalent to a World Of Warcraft Guild, Final Fantasy XIV Free Company, Star Trek Online's Fleet) of pro players stating that he would be starting his own and from episode 0 they stated that the matches were fleet on fleet combat.

Well, to be fair, Episode 6 is apparently going to focus on attempting to get more members.
There's probably differently-sized competitions. In fact, the 10 v 10 featured in the prologue might as well be the largest kind of Force Battle available.
Anyway, does anyone mind if I create an Awesome page for Build Divers? Because I unabashedly like this series.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...Is there a separate page for Divers? If so, go for it. I too am loving Divers so far.
That was surprisingly good.
- I was really worried that Koichi would be another Mao (i.e. cool Gunpla, but really unlikable personality), but I do like him. I also like that Riku and his friends realized that they were acting really messed up around him.
- So the villain of a MMO anime that Bandai-Namco is connected to is named Tsukasa. This won't be confusing at all.
This was my favorite episode so far. I loved that we got stealth plot in this episode and I really like Koichi. He is a good balance for the rest of the younger cast.
So, this show has started Growing the Beard, it looks like, judging by your reactions?
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...It certainly has much better pacing than Try did. Comparable to Build Fighters, so that's good.
And so we finally get a hint where Divers stands in relation to the other two series, since the Plavsky-based system is an antiquated relic that nobody uses anymore. Since even Battle Nerd Yuuki doesn't know about the Plavsky system, I'm inferring it has to be at minimum ten years since Try, but probably closer to 20.
Hilarious side note: Given that nobody questions why Sarah isn't joining or why she also has an f rank, she must have at LEAST A D Rank.
Without a gundam of any kind.
THE UNDEFEATED OF THE EAST
...why does that remind me of SAO and Accel World?
x4
I mean according to this episode GBN only became popular four years ago. Which is weird because GBN should be more than four years old based off previous episodes and the prologue. Honestly at this point Divers is probably set in its own universe rather than sharing one with Build Fighters and Try.
EXP leeching. Also note that many quests don't require gundams. Also she probably is super addicted she never logs out and grinds the shit.
Basically, they had the Idiot Ball, and Ayame did introduce herself, kinda.
Oh, and I'm imagining that Ayame fooled her "captors" into taking her for two reasons: 1) A Secret Test of Character, and 2) gets two scumbags out of the way regardless of whether or not Riku and the guys actually succeeded because Shahryar would've taken those fools out anyway.
Because I swear she does not like the cloaked guy.
Although, it is weird how Yuuki assumed it was a neutral zone. Just have a rule saying that no weapons should be active unless someone else breaks the rule first, or something.
And I don't care what anyone else says, that Seravee Gundam Scheherazade's final attack was badass.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...
