I just had a dream that involved Twilight, the Greek Gods, and Blade-style vampires.
The Olympians were stripped of their powers and forced to fight alongside mortals in modern day, for some reason (Dream logic) siding with the vampires. Edward and Bella were at the center of some conflict because the vampires (including Edward's family) didn't want a vampire mating with a human. Edward was some kind of vampire poacher, who drove around inside of that truck from the movie Jeepers Creepers. Bella was played by Helena Bonham Carter.

Yesterday, I got the idea to retell the tale of Beren and Lúthien (from The Silmarillion), but with Scooby-Doo in place of Huan.
Beren: Let's go in.
Scooby: No way!
Lúthien: Would you do it for a Scooby snack?
They go in, and Morgoth chases them, until Beren and Scooby lure Morgoth into Lúthien's trap.
Beren unmasks Morgoth
Beren: King Thingol!
Lúthien: Father?
This is an awful idea, and I am not sure how to write Scooby-Dooby Doors in prose.

I just came up with something that is probably the stupidest idea for a crossover ever written. It is Marvel Comics characters going through the what's roughly the events of the LOTR trilogy. I already have some ideas for who is who, and what is what, but I will only post them if this is not confirmed to be the most godawful idea of all time.
