After reading this post on reddit (Warning, spoilers for A Song of Ice and Fire, aka Game of Thrones.) http://www.reddit.com/r/asoiaf/comments/10tv6i/spoilers_all_benjen_starks_secret_identity_theory/
It came to me that the mysterious Benjen Stark could help explain many of the multi-verses' unknowns, like: who is Ash's father.
Now, it is completely to assume that every mysterious person in Benjen, therefore I presume that he was somehow cloned, and sent thruout time and space. What this means, is that we now have a plausable explanation for the many unknowns face by us fans and tropers.
As a great woman once said: "Brain and Brain, What is Brain!"
