Age: Indeterminate, but somewhere in his thirties Gender: Male
Appearance: Very scarred, hiding this behind red teashades, a black head wrap, and a black military jacket.
Personality: Loyal, violent, decisive, and very focused. Oh yes, short temper too.
Abilities: Really good at fighting, every time he dies he gets an addition to his own strength equal and parallel to whatever force killed him. So if a jedi were to kill him, he'd come back to life about an hour later with small force abilities in addition to what he ahd before death.
Weapons: Whatever he finds and likes. Currently two micro uzis and a katana.

Gah! I'm bad at describing this. He isn't an omnipotent god, he's actually really just a commando who won't stay dead, sort like if I were summoning a Jack Harkness who is better at fighting, has worse gear, and is a lot more violent, but stays dead longer.
He'd actually died quite a few times already and it hasn't had a really noticeable effect. I'll try to think of something else though...
And sorry about the formatting, I keep falling into that trap, this forum's formatting is different from what I'm used to.

Actually, he still works. Canonically, the entire plot of Madness Combat happens over in Nevada. Modern day. Instigated by the start up and following absence of a shut down of an improbability drive.

'course, you could forge relations with Cosmic Ark directly. Weld Earth into one of the planets under the protection of the Cosmic Ark from the Demon Force. My character would simply be a visitor. Probably hiding her appearance at the request of local governments to keep things under wraps.
That might be the better idea if you want to weld it harder onto the setting. ^^. The Cosmic Ark is an organization deticated to stopping the Demon Force so they likely won't involve themselves in other affairs unless the locals request, and then its some mission posted up for a few Cosmic Heroes to consider.
Whatcha think? My first idea might not have been what you wanted but this might just be it ^^. Or I'll have to look at another character to take.
On that note of zooks and machine guns being weak again. Power can scale up drastically, I spoke of the basic mooks used. They can get into barrages of dozens of missiles, beam cannons, and the occasional wave motion gun. Typically reserved for generals and the elite mooks that come with them. Several Heroes come equipped with Rail Guns. Mialy will go to the point of having a railgun in each hand that fires two barrages per shot and four remote controlled bits that have railguns.
Rinka is far from the strongest Cosmic Hero, but she is powerful in her own right. Hmm, probably going to be just visiting on assignment to be here in case Demon Force does show up.
